I was very well received at the clinic. The staff are very attentive to our requests and make sure we are as satisfied as possible. They are multilingual (speak several languages) and are very professional. I really recommend it.

I cannot recommend this clinic!

Having experienced the so called clinic in Istanbul, I really cannot recommend you to purchase any dentist or beauty treatment via this company.

Their sales department works well, so one gets high expectations before arriving in Istanbul.

Arrival services work well, and you are placed in a 5 star hotel. No complaints about that.

But then starts your problems.

The “clinic” is first of all NOT a clinic but a public hospital.

Very few people speaks English, you sit and wait for hours, not even offered a cup of tea or water. And you don’t know, what is going on, and what you are waiting for.

At least 10 times I was told: “Just wait, the doctor is in the middle of an operation”...! And then you sit there and wait, and wait, and wait. Together with all the other people ALSO waiting for hours.

Not very professional.

Examination is at a poor level, so after only a short time in Istanbul you start doubting about the product itself.

It’s personally a serious matter, when it comes to TRUSTING somebody to work on your teeth & beauty.

I personally backed out from the planned teeth operation (implants).

I just didn’t dare going through the operation, when I experienced the stress and lack of attention, once I was there.

And it was very hard getting my money (deposit) back afterwards....!

Also important to notice!

I ended up choosing a Botox treatment with the company, since “now I was there”.

That treatment was very poorly done, and I got serious side effects afterwards. A hanging eyelid, which I now have to live with for the next 3-4 months.

Without compensation. Not even any reply on my complaint from the management’s side.

Very bad situation. And very bad result based on poor general treatment and a very poor hygienic treatment.

There are hundreds of these clinics in Istanbul. I suggest that you choose another one.

This one is not recommendable.
