Abusers working at the NHS England Mental Health Units
Abusers, molesters, rapists and racists staff work at NHS England Hammersmith and Isleworth. Their staff have killed and pressured people to commit suicide. Their staff have also forced entry into people's homes, robbed people's stuff and pressured people to eat their food, which is mouldy, ritualised, cursed and has faeces in it.

Monsters
Stay away from them. Hateful nationalist staff who bully helpless people just for fun. They will bring your end.

Literally they saved my life
Literally they saved my life. I was in a very bad situation, i couldn’t even shallow my own saliva cos of the pain.
I had a massive infection in my neck and I arrived at the hospital Saturday 22/06/25 around 10pm in Kings College Hospital.
I’ve spoken about my symptoms and they took me very fast. After a few minutes they helped me to calm down my painful feelings, they helped me so much and after that told me that problem is very bad and i have to be interned in the hospital for a few days. After they sent me to The Guy’s Hospital.
I arrived there being picked up by an ambulance, they put me in a hospital and till few hours ago everything went fine. Every single time they asked me how I’m feeling, if I can eat, shallow, breathing… before contacting the NHS, I was about to die and I’m not joking at all. Thanks to all of you NHS for every single person who helped me even verbally. You are amazing and you have all my respect forever!

The NHS is on the point of collapse.
The NHS is on the point of collapse. The treatment and care have vanished. So many complaints and deaths in hospitals these days is proof it is no longer fit for purpose.

This review serves to highlight the…
This review serves to highlight the awesome treatment I received from the Provide Physiotherapy Department/Service at Braintree Community Hospital. Namely Physiotherapist Christopher COLDICOTT went above and beyond to afford me an intervention which hastened my care plan to receive an x-ray and Outpatient Appointment.
I have been in significant pain for months now, having torn a tendon in my left shoulder and having unbearable pain in my right knee. I also have been managing a torn tendon in my right shoulder for over 2 years now. All of these medical issues were worsened by the poor working conditions I had been enduring since March of this year.
I was referred via Provide Braintree to attend a wellbeing open day where I received direct access to partners that collaborated with Provide to furnish patients with intervention opportunies. I attended with my Mother in tow and was astounded by how helpful staff were and the many helpful service options there were. My Mother, who did not have an official appointment was also seen and the treatment she received has been life changing. She was able to have her blood sugar, blood pressure and other vitals taken on the day and this was helpful for her next GP appointment. Having been in a semi-reclusive state for many years, my Mother was also able to sign up to community support to receive IT classes, counseling and meet with other age appropriate residents. Her confidence us so much higher than before. As her Carer, this has been very emotional to witness.
I too was referred to receive further Physio treatment and this was how I met Christopher COLDICOTT. On my very first appointment with him, I felt confident that there was going to be a different approach to my care. He explained everything to me in detail, showed genuine empathy, respecting and acknowledging my neurodiverse needs throughout. He also gave me practical exercises with a domestic view, being mindful of the pain I had expressed in detail. I informed him of the many delays I had experienced and he used his expertise and contacts to afford me an x-ray, ultrasound and Outpatients appointment in swift succession. I burst into tears with elation and could not believe this was being afforded to me. Significantly reducing the time it would gave taken to have all x3 areas (left and right shoulder, right knee) fully diagnosed and a treatment plan devised. This gentleman also took the time to explain the findings and is worthy of the highest acknowledgement for his help. Even when I turned up on the wrong day for my follow-up appointment. He agreed to see me regardless of it being in his own break time.
I can truly say that the Provide Open Day has changed the dynamics of my family and cannot stress enough how useful it was. My Mother has even made a friend and sees her regularly. Her confidence is growing day by day and she has a more positive perspective. So, Provide Open Day Team, I salute your efforts.
I also want to say that Amanda and Jardine were most gracious me too, in the X-Ray Department at Braintree Community Hospital.

NHS kills
It's common knowledge the nhs is barely functional. Staff too busy making tiktok dance videos while patients are dying.
Nigel mendoza at charing cross hospital is Dismissive, condescending and arrogant individual with racist, misogynistic tendencies.
Bear in mind i waited 3.5 years for my referral for a proven brain tumour.
HE appeared in the room like an apparition, lacked the respect to even sit down for the 1 minute he remained in the room. Had a woman with him he didn't bother to introduce.
Saw him in 2025 and had brought my own scan of the same month, which he wasn't interested in seeing despite a letter telling me it was the patient's responsibilityto arrange up to date imaging. Instead based his opinion on a 2018 scan, 7 years old!!
So without knowing how tumour had progressed and not knowing current size, he declared my classic brain tumour symptoms were not caused by the brain tumour and that I needed no treatment. Despite the fact I had to give up my successful career due to the crippling symptoms.
His little sidekick registrar played along and demonstrated some of the most disingenuous, creative record keeping skills I've ever seen.
It is my firm conviction the majority of NPCs employed by the satanic nhs are demon-possessed. There is no other way to explain their vile behaviour.
Neither mendoza nor his ambitious little sidekick would dare pull this stunt on a male patient.
The nhs culture of institutionalised corruption enables both these people and will continue to do so.
The hospital insists on writing to me in illegible small print and admits they don't have a system for making reasonable adjustments as per the statutory obligations under EA10. An act that has been in force for 15 years!
I wouldn't care so much if I hadn't been forced to fund this charade throughout my career. Give me back my money!

Nothing but a number to the N.H.S.
I used the NHS Register with a G.P. surgery service to change my surgery to one called Caerleon Surgery. I received a text message informing me that I had been registered with Parkfield Medical Centre; this is unacceptable and yet another example of how the N.H.S. treats people like numbers. The sooner the N.H.S. is defunded, the better.

Waste of NHS Money
Well I don’t know if I’m in the right Area. I haven’t got any issues with the NHS at all.
My gripe is to do with the covid Jab. We made an appointment at beginning of April but had to wait until 31st May which we didn’t have a problem with. Since making the appointment we have had an email & a text asking us to book a Covid jab?
This morning I had a letter asking me to make a Covid jab. Which we had on the 31st?
My wife and 3 other close neighbours, My sister & brother has had the same?
What’s going on? Imagine multiplying this up & down the country? Must be hundreds of thousands of pounds wasted.
The Envelopes & letters have NHS heading.
Surely once you’ve booked a Covid jab you on the system why is this happening?

Nhs service crap
Nhs dental service is so crap, always left on waiting for an hour. Never have any appointments when you finally get though. Even the emergency services are so shut. Never used to be like this. But not all the fault can be put on the NHS. It is also the government fault. Then they wonder why there are so many deaths or people going to A&E.

Inquiry Regarding Mounjaro Injections
Inquiry Regarding Mounjaro Injections.
I don't know whether there are individuals who are diagnosed with Diabetes type 2. But if you read the information below, this is what should be happening, unfortunately I am diagnosed with diabetes type 2,
I was diagnosed 2 & 1/2 years ago. And this Mounjaro was only introduced to me in July 2024. I have been taking this Mounjaro less then 12 months, and I was told by a nurse, who suggested this Mounjaro to me, was instructed to start off at 2.5mg, then after 4 weeks the dosage would increase up to 5 mg. I have been doing some research, and the information I have read, tells me the dosage should be increasing every 4 weeks upto 15 mg. When I sent a message to the NHS app to ask the GP to give me an explanation as to why the dosage has not been increased. After nearly 12 months of using the Mounjaro, I'm still on the 5 mg, when in reality I should be on the 15 mg now. But are trying to say I don't need the Mounjaro to increase. I disagree with the GP / Nurses because this Mounjaro isn't working as it should be.
Please could member of your team look into this for me. I would appreciate a full explanation and feedback.
Mounjaro (Tirzepatide)
Mounjaro is another weight loss injection that works similarly to Wegovy. It’s used to treat both type 2 diabetes and obesity and contains the active ingredient tirzepatide.
How does it work?
Tirzepatide is a dual agonist, which means it mimics GLP -1 and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), another hormone which our bodies produce after eating. Just like semaglutide, this hormone reduces appetite and helps you lose weight by making you feel fuller while eating less. Because Mounjaro and Wegovy contain different active ingredients, you may find one gives you fewer side effects than the other.
How to take it?
Mounjaro is injected into your abdomen or upper thigh once per week. You’ll follow a Mounjaro dosage schedule, starting from a dose of 2.5 mg per week. This can be gradually increased, usually every 4 weeks, to a maximum maintenance dose of 15 mg per week.

If I rate zero I would
If I could rate zero I would! My partner complained August 2024 about a consistent cough and was told it was a virus going around, then his voice changed in which time he should have been seen by a GP which were always over the phone. In November he lost his voice and in February was seen by a GP who referred him to hospital to be seen at the head and neck department where a specialist saw a white lesion on his vocal coard. Then surgery under total anaesthetic, biopsy taken and the result cancer. In the meantime he lost consciousness and fell on the floor fracturing his pelvis taken to physiotherapy clinic and taken to hospital by ambulance to another hospital who want to send him home 18 steps while he has to have radiotherapy everyday and was taken from one clinic to another hospital and had to wait six hours for another ambulance to take him back. He is getting more depressed and treated as if he has no rights as a human being!

Yes I understand that NHS has problems
Yes I understand that NHS has problems, but their app site, well it is almost none existent. As I recently had problems with my mobile phone. As it crashed, and have to reset it from new. Which made me have to get back everything back on my phone. But when it came to getting my account with NHS app, running it was so hard. I firstly got a new email adress then I went into system. Problems, yes they asked me for the original email adress I registered with plus password. Welk I do not know the email adress, neither the password for this. As have had verious email adress. After 14 days awaiting a reply to my problem, and having sent 12 more emails to them, still no reasonable reply have I had. Yes I had replies, some of them repeating the things I had done before, even one of them telling me that they work Monday to Friday 9-5.What a insult. All because I was getting low on medicine, had to apply to my surgery for this. Well what more can I say.

NHS is a joke and corrupt
NHS is a joke and corrupt. For 2 years I have had issues with my health 1 being my stomach. I went back and fourth to my GP with irregular periods and stomach pains. I had blood checks done etc all came back clear. I was sent for a scan and the resorts came back not good. One of my filshie clips couldn't be seen. An appointment was booked with Gynaecologist by my doctor. However I moved address and moved surgery so the Gynaecologist refused to see me. I was told to go to my new GP and get another referral. I joined the new surgery in January 2024 I explained to my GP about the issues I was facing. Months had gone by and I heard nothing but my symptoms have become more severe. I went back to my GP and again done more tests which came back clear. I explained again about the problems and they said they would chase this up. Another couple of months had gone by and still nothing my periods was so irregular and constantly bleeding. I went back to the doctors who told me to have an early smear. When I went to have the smear in June I was told it was to early to go back in August. I went back again to the doctors and was told again they would chase it up. August came I had my smear and I explained to the nurse again she said she was going to copy my name nurse in and find out what was going on. I went away and the end of August I ended up in hospital while I was away and they done tests and scans everything was normal bloods etc however the missing filshie was found in my scan. I reported to my doctor when I got back and was told the same thing we will chase it up. We are now talking December 2024 and nothing. In January 2025 I filed a complaint about this. The response I had back was that there was miss communication between there departments and that they apologise about the issues I have faced and that they should of done more. They also tried to tell me that no scan had taken place when there was. I wrote a complaint to Birmingham women's hospital asking for further information and why I wasn't told that the clips migrate. I also asked how it was done and what they used etc. They basically covered there backsides. They also stated that although I need further monitoring that's something they won't do. I have now moved away and the country I am in have been very good. I have been advised in a few months time after taking medication they will be deciding to remove the filshie clip. However this has come at a cost to me and funds are very low. I have had to give up my money in the UK because of treatment and cannot claim it. I'm struggling day by day. I would love to upload the letters I have from both GP and women's hospital so people can see but I am unable to do so. I have filed a complaint with the health care ombudsman. They should be liable for there mess. I am financially out of pocket constantly in pain with my stomach, back, constant periods, tiredness abdominal pain.
