Sloppy, inefficient customer service, like they couldn't care less. I won't be purchasing carpet from them now or in the future. You earned this review Myrna, congrats.

End of the roll is a franchise where each store is own privately. There is no guarantee that you will get and be treated accordingly with the End of the roll policies or guarantees. The head office will not respond to any help or explanation you need. We learn that the hard way with the Penticton, BC store owners. We got taken on a hell ride with" T" the Ferrari of sales.......The flooring "in stock" that we purchase got sold and vanish of the store 4 days after we bought it. We then got pushed and reschedule our installation to a further date with no explication on where and why our"in stock" flooring has vanish. We reached out to owner for details.....And it's at that time that we realize that we are dealing with professional cheaters and dishonest people trained to Over sell product, lies about inventory and schedule, all to get the customers to give deposit. Cheats on amount of flooring ordered, paid and installed at the customers. incomplete invoice, missing information on proper square footage needed, ordered and installed at the costumers home. Hidden information about installation package and what it include. "installation packages" is not consistent and will not be respected. "theirs" Installers are subcontracted to other independent company. No one will help and take responsibility for poor installation, unfinished installation, missing of transition and details finishing. HELP yourself....go somewhere else.

I just had laminate flooring installed in my condo. The place looks immaculate. Thank you Dawson for your expertise and knowledge.

Not recommended for home owners. Big mistake to use them for renovation project or home insurance claims. They are not reliable. Not for consumers as they will hold them hostage after given deposit. Consumers keeps being reschedule for installation of product. Sales men over sell product or sells your purchase to the bigger guy and keeps on making you wait. Run away from the pushing sales men. It's all and only about making the sale and get their bonus. They will push sell you what they need out of the store...not what you want. Strongly recommend to go somewhere else.

Very inconsiderate company, I would not recommend them. They also played the radio extremely loud when I was trying to work (I work from home). It was ridiculous.

I have dealt with the Red Deer 'End of the Roll' store several times now and...frankly...don't even shop around like I do for all other goods and services. While I am sure other employees are just as excellent, I always ask for Tyler Rous: he has always steered me in the best direction, saved me money and hassles (often changing my mind about what product to use), and his first quoted price always blows all other competition out of the water. I'm frugal and I don't even shop around at all if I need anything flooring related. If 6 stars were an option, Tyler deserves it.
