Egencia is travel booking tool catering to all regular travel bookings. There is still room for improvement, esp. when it comes to flight bookings. But it’s very good for in managing all needs of our company account, including sustainably.

All went well until I got to the hotel!
It's not the first time that this has happened but when I do the check-in, the hotel requests that I pay seing that they have not received no payment from Egencia!
If I book a hotel payed by the company I don't expect to sort the payment deals when I arrive at the hotel late! This implies telephoning Egencia to sort things out!
