No doubt, the customer service experience was 5 stars! Me and Brad went to the auction for the first time last month and it was amazing! The staff was very nice to us. Billy guided us through everything from appraisals to releasing. We ended up purchasing a jade carving back home to Orlando. We would recommend this auction house to anyone.
