There was an issue with the first delivery which was resolved quickly and without issue. Based on my experience I would highly recommend the equipment, the service and the business. Current system 2 x 5KW hybrid inverters, 18 x 400W panels and 50KWh of stsmorage (10 x 5KWh Server rack batteries)

I love the Eco-Worthy products. They came to me in well protective packaging thus reducing any damage during shipment. The items I purchased were of good quality and again packed very well and no missing items. All items worked great after installation, which consisted of two Eco-Worthy Dual Access Solar devices (extended version) and an array of 8 Eco-Worthy Bifacial 195w solar panels on each dual access solar device. Very happy with my purchase.

Scam, false advertising, ugh!
Definitely a scam company. Extensive false advertising of shipping countries and supposed services (like local warehouse stock), badly written copy and poorly translated specs on product images, high pressure countdown tactics. If this was ever a legitimate company, it does not appear to be one anymore. Buyer beware!

Had a problem with battery
I had a problem with battery holding voltage and was sorted and replaced within 3 days too service and a top supplier, have no doubts about dealing with them again first class service

Avoid at all costs
Cancelled my order but lied and said I cancelled it. When pressed stated that, despite their 'mainland UK' delivery claims, they don't deliver to Scottish Highlands. No extra charge option, no interaction, just a fake cancellation claiming to be from me and a bizarre belief that 'trucks' don't deliver to the Highlands. My advice, pay more and use a proper company. Having now seen the other reviews I'm thinking I got off lightly!
