The website is easy to scroll through and gives adequate and good information on the pieces - specifically the wear and tear on items that are on sale . The pricing is good specifically on items on sale. I appreciate the Speedy delivery and after many years of ordering from this company have never been disappointed nor ever returned goods. Thank you e carpet for being a reliable source . If my husband would allow I would spend thousands more :)

You always have a great selection of rugs in terms of design, origin, colour, and sizing. I have purchased several for myself and selected many for my clients to buy. Always pleased with every purchase, and so have my clients been. Packaging and delivery are excellent, as are your tips and advice on carpet care. You have rugs for everyone's budget!

We like the carpet and it was delivered promptly and safely packed. But it seems easy to misunderstand about the underlay needed, as one came with our carpet, and I still ordered one. Found that slightly unclear. But staff helpful and a good experience.

I reached out to ask about quality assurance on an item in their spring sale because it seemed too good to be true and they responded very thoroughly and confidently. We received it and its WONDERFUL. No smell (we use no chemicals or scents in our house, so we'd know), extremely soft, accurate and beautiful color, no blemishes, as pictured. I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend them and will probably purchase from them again! Thank you!!

Fair prices, detailed descriptions, great photos, beautiful carpets with hard to find sizes available, and quick/informed customer service reps made this a near-seamless experience. Only hiccup was in the delivery process where FedEx had to change the delivery label twice claiming originals were unreadable, then sitting in two different distribution locations for a couple of days before moving on causing unexpected delays, but the carpet did arrive eventually and in good shape.

They had a much larger selection than other online rug stores. Once I had selected my rug it shipped quickly and was of higher quality than what I was expecting from the website
