Horrible customer service

I ordered two pairs of easy spirit shoes at 30% off. I have not received them yet. Today I see them at 40% off. I waited inline 30 minutes to reach them. I was told they never give price adjustments. I asked for a supervisor & the rep said the same thing. I will never purchase shoes from the again.

I bought two pairs of sandals on line. The shipment started on June 10 with delivery date June 13, after June 16. Apparently the order arrived to my city but someone on Easy Spirit ordered to send back the package without any notification to me. I called them on June 16 and immediately they offer a reimbursement in aprox two weeks or reorder paying the full price. Today I contacted them again and the response was the same. The agent processed the refund without considered a reshipment option.

Poor quality

I have gotten 3 pairs of their Romy walk run sneakers over the last 9 months and they have all come apart! My aunt has bought them for me as gifts and she bought them directly from the website. The soles have detached! I'm through with their quality of shoes. There's no place to complain and after reading the reviews, it doesn't seem like they would offer any solution to the problem anyhow. Won't be buying any more.

Buyers Beware...please read..

I was a fan of Easy Spirit shoes for the comfort factor..BUT the company and the customer service is awful..
One purchase and these shoes are not cheap..THE ENTIRE SOLE CAME OFF..In one piece..OMG how did that happen ? Not glued....poor quality and a definite defect..
When tried to get some understanding and service. NOTHING If not ordered on line from them..you get no attention....I sent photos and all..NOTHING..Horrible product and horrible customer service..Will not buy them again..NEVER! EVER~

Absolutely Do not purchase from them directly. Your better off going through Amazon

They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered shoes within one minute realized I ordered the wrong size and reached out to them. They told me there is nothing they can do, I would have to wait for it to arrive and then order the correct pair AND PAY SHIPPING AGAIN

Free & easy returns is NOT true

I ordered boots online and they did not fit. I filled out the return page twice and never got a reply. I finally called customer service to receive my return label. At that time, I found out there would be a 6.95 restocking fee even though their website said free returns. I will never order from their website again.

My Easy Spirit Boots didn’t last!

I put on a pair of boots which I purchased several years ago. I have taken very good care of them. I wore them to my grandson’s hockey game this past weekend and when I took them off to put them away they were pealing! How embarrassing and disappointing. They were not cheap boots. The inside looks brand new. I contacted customer service and was basically told there was nothing they could do!

Discount Code Fail & Customer Service Fail

The ES website (as of this writing) offers a COMFORT30 discount that did not apply at checkout: I was charged the full price for both pairs of shoes.
I immediately texted Customer Service, but they never replied by text or email.
I then Googled the phone for Customer Service and "Pierre" said they could apply the Comfort30 discount once in transit; I would need to track the package and call in again later to do this. (I told him your website says you can only adjust an order when it's in a Pending status so I needed to adjust it now, but he said he wasn't aware of your policy.) Why couldn't the discount be applied right then by Pierre when it's a discount that was meant to happen at checkout in the first place? Ridiculous! When I asked Pierre to transfer me to a supervisor, he argued with me that a supervisor wouldn't be able to help; I asked to be transferred anyway, and kept silent for over a minute and then disconnected me.
I canceled my order through the email confirmation of my order; luckily I received a second confirmation that my order was canceled/refunded.
Appalling customer service; terrible website, questionable "discounts".
I will never order directly with Easy Spirit again.

Placed oder and the website picked up wrong ship to address

Placed an order with a gift card because they wouldn't issue a refund for a defective pair of shoes. The website kept adding things to the cart. Finally got the shoes I wanted and went through the payment process. There was no place for me to review the order and when I thought I was clicking on the credit card info, the purchase went through with the wrong shipping address. I immediately tried to contact them and the info I got is absolutely no way to correct info. I had one hour to cancel but the website is so confusing that it is difficult to find out how to do that. Told I had one hour to cancel - finally found the link and sent email to cancel but never got a confirmation. Continued to search website for a way to contact by phone and when I finally did, was told they never received the cancellation but I do have the email that I sent. Spoke to the representative who told me the order was already at the warehouse and would probably ship - now going to NC and I live in NJ and now this person is going to have to return the shoes for me. I will never order Easy Spirit again!

Ordered a pair of shoes from this…

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company with a wrong address. Spoke to customer service 2 hours later and they couldn't correct the address and UPS couldn't correct on their end. Now the shoes have been delivered to the wrong address and ES is doing nothing to address the situation. Will probably have to wait forever for a refund or fight them to get it. Will never order from this company again and suggest others avoid them as well. Very convenient to have a system that can't change an order after 1 hour. What a crock.

DON'T SHOP WITH THEM.

So disappointed they are horrible, don't buy from them. I went thru this last year and forgot now I did it again. They play game with the pricing it changes so many times then you check out and it goes up. Customer service knows about it and can't explain it. Awful company. GLAD I FOUND THE SAME SHOES ON AMAZON.

Riptide Clogs Rip!

I have purchased several pairs of Easy Spirit riptide clogs now, and every pair has separated from the mesh or the fabric has ripped within 2 weeks of wearing - no wonder the name.... Contacted customer support and was told, too bad, you already wore their overpriced garbage for 2 weeks, so no refund! I tried to leave a review on their website, but they remove negative reviews.

Free returns are misleading

I will never order again. First time for buying brand online and the "free returns" is misleading because a $6.95 processing fee is applied. Kept the shoes, but will not shop here again or the brand. Too many options out there. On a side note, the quality of the shoes seem to have gone down.

Horrible shoes!

I ordered the "Traciee" slip in sandals for $34 and they offer NO ARCH SUPPORT OR HEEL SUPPORT. You can tell they are made in China. Then I ordered their "Torye Sneaker Sandals" for $48 and they were as hard as a rock. What happened to this company? I did get through to Customer Service, very nice rep, and she sent me a shipping label, although I later found out that they have Happy Returns at your local UPS Store, no charge. I'm buying Clark's and you can't beat Skechers. I also wrote a review on their website, and, of course, it was negative so it was not posted!

Unreasonable return period

I've been an Easy Spirit customer for decades. Their customer service used to be decent. However, at some point they made their return policy absurdly unreasonable. I ordered two pairs of shoes in late April. When they arrived, one didn't fit. It's my fault that I didn't return those shoes immediately, but I had to travel for work, and when I got back there was a lot to do. I finally was able to get around to returning them this week. I was shocked to learn then that Easy Spirit now forbids returns after 30 days, which is ridiculous! I understand having a limited policy for full cash returns, offering vendor credit after the time expires -- but I have never encountered a vendor that flatly refuses returns after only 30 days. It's very hostile to customers. As a longtime customer, I'm disappointed and will switch to other online shoe retailers.

The sizing is wrong

False claim to have easy return policy

Easy Spirit claims to provide an easy return policy. First Easy Spirit tried to give a merchandise for shoes I returned. I called customer service.
Then they tried giving me a partial refund. I called customer service.
I have emailed several times.
I still waiting for a refund

Returns & customer service nightmare!

I ordered some clog trainers as I am disabled and struggle to put shoes on. I am a 4 and they did not fit so I ordered a bigger pair and returned the 4. No refund. Emailed, called (just a recorded message telling you to email?) After a lot of faffing they refused to refund me as I had been wearing them outside - they were too small and I am housebound... Eventually I got a 50% refund which took months - but never again...
