This was the WORST car rental I’ve ever…

This was the WORST car rental I’ve ever had. The car was absolutely disgusting, gum stuck to the seats and crusty cup holders. The customer service was horrible. Two lady’s stood and talked for 15 minutes before deciding to help me. The car tires were completely bald. The driver side door panel was missing and there was a dent in the door. Please DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!

This company needs to step it up a couple knots

Philip at the counter was great and tried his best to accommodate us. We had reservations for weeks for a vehicle. We get there and no car reserved and 4 people ahead of us waiting on a vehicle. We had no time to wait for hours in hopes of a car would be dropped off. Made a deal to pick one up Sunday. Philip couldn’t take the 2 days off the agreement said we have to contact home office. Vehicle r smelled awful of cigarette smoke and gas tank was left with 5 miles of gas in it. We had to be line straight to gas station. Philip was great but his help was terrible. I’d say a lot of unhappy people at this place. I’m hoping company returns my money for the 2 days of not having my rental. As of right now I won’t use again until they make it right

This rental company will scam you

This rental company will scam you. They do not explain all the charges upfront, but once you sign up for what seems like a deal, you will find out the hard way at the time of vehicle pickup that you have no choice but pay the extra fees. Very shady practice designed for the company profits, not the customer satisfaction. This is the worst car rental experience I've ever had.

Do not recommend

The worst rental experience I've had. The staff was useless and made no efforts to help. We were charged extra fees at every occasion even though they hadn't explain in advance the rules clearly.The car was fine for 1h before the tire sign went on, we had to stop at every gas station to check the tires and one of the pressure sensor was broken. At the end we ask if everything was okay and they said yes however we later found out that they charged us extra fees again. The shuttle going to the airport took more than 30 minutes to arrive when we arrived and when we left they we had again because there was no organization about passenger order. Definitely do not recommend

This is the most disgraceful car rental experience I’ve ever had — avoid Easirent at all costs.


I don’t even know how Easirent ended up as my rental provider — it must’ve been auto-assigned through CheapOair. I arrived in Tampa with six family members for a 6-day trip, only to be dragged into a nightmare of incompetence and disrespect.

After arriving at the Easirent location via shuttle, we were forced to sit and wait over an hour before being called up. Once we finally got to the counter, the attendant (Oha) asked for our booking reference and driver names, then demanded proof of insurance or else we’d have to pay $25/day for their insurance — on top of another $25/day for a supposed ‘car upgrade’ we never requested.

When we calmly asked why the price had skyrocketed and told him it was blowing our budget, Oha immediately became defensive and rude. We asked to speak to a manager. His response? “I will only speak to the renter, and I’m not calling the manager.” When we challenged his unprofessional behavior — after we had waited an hour — he threw our credit card and license back at us and flat-out refused to rent us the vehicle.

He refused again to escalate to a manager, denied service without valid reason, and treated us with complete contempt. I have never encountered such disgraceful customer service from a supposedly professional company.

Easirent is an absolute scam operation. They bait you with a low price, then try to bleed you dry with surprise charges, pressure tactics, and upgrades you didn’t ask for. Worst of all, they treat customers like a nuisance. The terrible reviews all over the internet are no exaggeration — we just made the mistake of not reading them in time.

Never again. I wouldn’t recommend Easirent to my worst enemy. Save yourself the time, money, and humiliation. You’ve been warned.

The customer service was great but the…

The customer service was great but the vehicle was ridiculous. The car drove nicely BUT the lights were held on with tape on both sides, one other light was busted out, I was wondering why the back door kept closing & hitting my side so hard and it was because there was no metal door arm from the door to the car (don't know how to explain in correct terms) so the door could not stay open. The remote was hard to lock and unlock and I didn't notice until late that evening it had a sticker on the back that said BAD. ?There were other dents etc but these were the worst portions of it. I was more concerned with the lights falling off etc when driving it that it made driving it a little uncomfortable.

Easirent was very easy to reserve from. The price of the vehicle rental was affordable & the process was quick. The shuttle to and from the airport was a plus so we did not incur extra costs.

The prices they give online is completely different from when you get to the place it's like a bait and switch we booked online and it said it was supposed to be like 120 and i ended up paying almost 500 for everything and i didn't appreciate that so that's why it is the rating i give

It is great renting a car here prices…

It is great renting a car here prices are great. Only issue is the Sunpass is more expensive a day as per the car. You can rent a car for a day at 8 dollars but the sun pass if you are traveling is 15 dollars a day. Other then that service and car was good

Terrible experience at the West Palm…

Terrible experience at the West Palm Beach location. I reserved a rental car in advance, but the process still took forever. Worst part—they pressured me into adding insurance I didn’t need for $150, thats after I showed my insurance card said my company wasn’t on his list and since it was Sunday we couldn’t call to confirm I had rental insurance which I clearly had if I have insurance. We had to go the next day to the Ft. Lauderdale location and they helped us and gave us a new contract without the extra 150. Although we had to pay for one day . I felt totally taken advantage of. Definitely won’t be using this company again.EVER!!

RECORD EVERYTHING

To cut it short, bring your cell phone and record everything. The left hand has no clue as to what the right hand is doing. Management is non existent. They have no protocol if there is a problem and if you ask management anything they run off in the back. Phone support is even worse.
