They stopped allowing let's encrypt (it is still on their FAQs that you can activate it) and now you are forced to use ˜$30 first year and 89$ ssl unless you host it elsewhere, which of course we will:)

It's been a great experience getting assisted by the agents in order to renew my email account subscription. This morning I encountered a situation on my Company’s FB business blog page where I saw a post, upon publication, being transferred to a business entity utilizing a specific phrase within our webpage address. Upon calling Domain.com, I reached a Pro Services Specialist named “Kent” who immediately understood what was happening, explaining that the involved company was utilizing an SEO algorithm that was overtaking the current SEO algorithm utilized by my website. Kent advised he would take steps available within my existing Pro Services Package to improve and/or mitigate the current SEO interference activity. He made 3 specific recommendations, 1 of which was immediately implemented; the remaining 2 will be implemented as soon as I provide additional requested inputs. I explained that I have an already scheduled interview with a Domain SEO specialist to purchase a formal upgrade package to boost my website’s SEO performance. Throughout the call, Kent displayed professionalism, knowledge, and patience with me in achieving what I wanted to accomplish.
