Good tests, lousy customer service

Convenient lab testing for some of the harder to get tests. Getting the kit in the mail is quick and the instructions are relatively straightforward.

However, getting a copy of my own lab results is an epic pain in the neck every time. I always write “cc results to patient,” and every time they insist on me emailing a copy of my photo ID (over unencrypted email) and signing a new records release. Since my ID doesn’t match my mailing address, I know that’s not why they need it. I paid for the test, I’m entitled to a copy of the results, and my signature on the orders when I submit the sample should be PLENTY of permission for them to put a stamp on a copy of the results when they’re available.

It’s a constant headache with this company but I’m kind of over a barrel because my doctor uses it.
