I ordered the white lotus glasses on May 18 and I knew these would be on back order, however I was mislead by the DIFF customer service team and I would have rather known upfront this shipment was not just delayed but not going to be here for my huge trip in July. I have sent 3 different emails to the DIFF customer service team asking for updates, the last two emails were within the last two weeks where I was told 1) my glasses would be shipped out on June 30 and I was going to be given 2 day Fedex shipping for free, that did not end up happening. 2) I was told last week I would be getting a notification on my glasses being shipped by last week- I still have no update. I work in client care, just be honest!! I would have taken my refund offer if the information was honest about not being able to get shipped out for a few additional weeks so I could have bought something different. I get things happen, but DIFF is a large company and I think they can do more for their customers who have been mislead and there is proof via email. It's gaslighting.

I am obsessed with my DIFF sunglasses!! I have owned my first 4 pairs for a little over a year now and as reckless as I am with my sunglasses, they are all in perfect condition. Not a single scratch and as sturdy as the day I received them. The Electra’d are my favorite. I have them in black and an eggplant color and I received so many compliments still when I wear them. I definitely recommend DIFF glasses!!

I had bought a Star Wars sunglasses limited edition from DIFF website for make me a particular Christmas gift on December 2024.

Even though I was Italy and the order was shipped from USA, I got no problem (I suggest to choice UPS as shipment method while placing the order). I paid the less review of italian dogan tax (from USA to Italy) directly to UPS when receiving the parcel.

I absolutely suggest DIFF store, for sure I will buy other sunglasses models from them.

Fave sunnies and worth the price! The frames are sturdy, the lens after a year are still not scratched, they're fashionable, oversized, and just...chef's kiss. Worth every penny and one thousand percent better than regular frames ever purchased at boutiques, Target, Old Navy, etc. Love them!

Order process was simple and quick. The glasses fit incredibly well. The Jordan is a stylish upgrade from the normal aviator. 3 of us purchased them, 35, 65 and 73 years of age and all love them. We have the tortoise brown, black with black lenses and black with brown lenses and all have great color and protection. Would definitely recommend!

Wow!!! DIFF eyewear is the absolute BEST shades that I have ever owned! I used to be convinced that the best shades were designer. But DIFF eyewear has changed my perspective entirely! They are SUPER affordable, high quality, really sturdy and so cool! I am absolutely obsessed with them and these are the ONLY shades I will ever buy!!! 10s across the board!!!!
