i received excellent, personal support through my questions and helped me purchase my watch. i am not a diver, but wanted the watch for its appearance. it keeps great time, it fits great on my wrist. I've received several complements on it. i'd be happy to buy another for myself or as a gift. its a great value and there's a reason why there's positive reviews from divers.

I purchased a Patriot T-100 this past September & I immediately noticed the following: the watch is much bulkier than I expected, which isn't a problem for me. The unidirectional bezel, as indicated on the watch description, is one way (counter clockwise) only however, I actually prefer that. I really like the T-100 illumination and this watch has become my everyday watch. I would recommend this watch to anyone interested in a good solid diving watch. Satisfied customer.

Deep Blue Watch Company has horrible customer service. They sold me a faulty product and refused to stand behind their warranty or help me in any way. Buyers beware and stay away from Deep Blue.

I have several Deepblue watches because they're usually very good quality. I did purchase one that stopped working and sent it in for repair but that was several months ago. After repeated attempts at calling and emailing them for an ETA I haven't gotten a response. 2-Stars because the watches are decent but the customer service / repair center is nonexistent.

I own the Pro Diver
they are very large and Solid watches well worth the price. The company is easy to deal with and their products stand tall. I truly love one.

Long story. First, the watch has good parts. On paper it's phenomenal for the price. What I received was a unit that was flat uncomfortable to wear. Sharp points, bent spring bar, on the slow side of the nh-35 movement's stated accuracy. I can live with that. What I can't live with was two very softly worded e mails un returned by a company known for service. All I wanted was an explanation why this was essentially thrown together, was the sale price an issue and can you assure me of a better transaction on another higher end item. No requests for anything. No discount, no return, just a reason it sucked. After about 3 hours with specialized files and abrasives it is comfortable enough to enjoy. It's looks aren't an issue. The tritium is great. The case, link edges and clasp are torture on your wrist because of the weight. Again, once I cleaned it up I could enjoy good balance for such a beast. I cautiously recommend based on price. I got on a deep discount for 229.
