I had issues with both my products. The first one just some random colour mismatch on an earring meant for a gift. Useless will throw away.
The more expensive necklace came broken in two pieces. I fixed it myself and then when I went to try on the choker it broke same way in a different spot. The choker needs flexibility around the neck, but the joins are too brittle and stiff- it's a huge design flaw. I'll need to repair with more flexible joints so the necklace can wrap around neck and not snap.
When I contacted first about colour mismatch, someone told me they would get back to me in two hours. Then nothing. So I didn't bother complaining about broken necklace. I bought from them before. I like to be loyal, but I'll be buying elsewhere in future.
