Product was all jumbled up, unlike how it is typically stacked. Dry ice was melted. Box was heavily damaged, and food was half defrosted. I realize this delivery was during a heat wave but let's try to prepare better next time.

It’s been over 10 years with Darwin’s…
It’s been over 10 years with Darwin’s and my dog has never been to the vet with anything wrong with her. I believe it’s the quality of the food I feed her. Every dog I’ve ever had I’ve fed kibble and has died from cancer around 7-10 years of age. This one is 11 now and not a single health issue. We do morning walks everyday 6-9 miles. This product is worth its weight in gold. Also caused my frenchie to stop having severe allergy issues.
