I worked with these people they pay very much min wage take breaks of you when you don't take breaks . I have now left due to lack of professionalism with the manager who just sits and eats all night or he is getting over an hangover or shopping online via the company computers. I was very shocked at the way he is being a manager and shocked how the others complaint about he isn't a team player and doesn't work. I have also tried to contact him pay related issues and his and was I am bored now I shall be taking this further what a bad company run by lazy staff and getting paid £35k for just turned up eating and not working.

Wonderful fresh fruit and veg and no or very little packaging of any kind – hurrah! Service was excellent with happy folk delivering onto my front doorstep. Being able to order other staples from the pantry section a bonus. The local origins of the fish, meat and bakery items all reached our expectations of quality. The option to add treats, a real bonus. Thanks for the great service especially all through lock down.

I have bought excellent produce from Darts farm countless times. Providing a regular delivery service to Somerset is a stroke of genius. Ordering £35 will get free delivery and why would you not? The meat from their award winning butchers, fresh landed filleted fish from the south west, local fresh produce veg and fruit. Good value and above all local sustainable produce at reasonable prices, can any supermarket can match? I let you decide?

We have used this company since the first lockdown and not looked back! This is a truly friendly, customer-focussed, family-run business that has shown resilience and flair along with hard work in expanding their range both in terms of product lines as well as where they deliver to. The quality and choice of fresh fruit and vegetables is better than anywhere else and we must mention how pleasant everyone is to deal with. We started off using Dart Fresh as an emergency fill-in supplier when we couldn’t get a supermarket delivery slot, and now use them as our go-to first choice provider of real quality produce.

This company delivers a wide range of beautiful fresh produce straight to your door. They use lots of local producers, their meat and veg in particular are lovely and fresh. They are also incredibly helpful and friendly and have made such a difference to shopping in these hard times.

Fantastic business and staff
Easy to order from a massive range of products, many are from local suppliers and producers. Brilliant to minimise your food travel miles and supporting the local economy. Extremely important during this pandemic
Really good touch is the call before the day of your delivery to confirm your order and availability of products
Delivery drivers are friendly and helpful, if out you get a text and it’s left safe for you.
The products are really fresh and tasty, with a superb range. The range is continually added to, so always many nice new items to pick from.
All the staff are happy and friendly and always come across as very positive.
It really is a superb, friendly company with great fresh local produce

In light of the lockdown I wanted to shop online for my fresh food. The website was easy to navigate. The day before my delivery I received a phone call confirming all my items were available and checking I hadn’t missed anything. The driver was prompt, efficient and had great customer service. The items were packed and delivered with care. The quality of the Vegetables we ordered far exceeded the quality of the local supermarket. It was very fresh. Very please will definitely use again. Produce all arrived in good quality and exactly as ordered. Fish was ecellent [cod]...can't wait to try the salmon. The delivery came when expected and the driver was cheerful and smart...a real bonus! I will use Dart Fresh again.

We were very happy with the order and delivery.

However, I got a bit confused when trying to order on my phone as I couldn’t get the search option to work. But the nice lady that called, to confirm my address, asked if I wanted to add anything else to the order, which I did.

I was very pleased with my recent first order made online on a Friday for a Saturday morning delivery. Easy to use & clear website. Once order processed & payment I received a follow up call to check everything. The order was for meat, fruit & veg and was delivered all lovely and fresh. I fully intend to try some of the great range of other produce in addition to meat & greengrocery.

Excellent service, called ahead to confirm order and add any extra's if required, produce fresh and tasty. I am a cheese scone addict and its hard to find a good one, however they were excellent, as were the pizza's, i had various other items, and all good. So glad we discovered Dartfresh during lockdown as the quality is just so much better than the supermarkets we are used to. They have never run out of stock of the staples, and it's always fresh and beautifully presented with the minimum of packaging. Staff are always bright and cheerful and we can rely on the deliveries arriving before 10am.
