CVS Wisconsin

I literally come here to shop for everything from cosmetics to groceries to the pharmacy ,and the specific patient that I go to in Oshkosh Wisconsin has amazing workers. They’ve always been very sweet to me and the pharmacist has always been very kind as well. The store is always clean and there’s always someone to help you if you!if you need. ALSO the CVS rewards system is the best rewards system i’ve ever used, I think it said that I’ve saved like $800 since 2021 which is crazy!!! love them so much, and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Decent service (except the two times the pharmacists just never bothered to fill my prescriptions) but the hours of operation are terrible. It’s very convenient so I’m going to give it some more time. I cannot go back to the 500 west 23 street store which is a one star abomination.

If I could give no stars that is what…

If I could give no stars that is what it would be. Horrible customer service at the front counter taking a UPS package in. Immediately met with negative attitude about the size of the package I brought in, two clerks behind the counter. After the first clerk displayed the negative attitude saying she was refusing all large packages because she was not going to lift it, the second proceeded to tell me that it was over five pounds they refuse to take it. If I as a customer can carry it by myself into the store, then surely two people can manage to slide it across the floor behind the counter. There are no size and weight restrictions listed for this drop off point. I am elderly and female and I can manage to carry the package, it was not that heavy it was just a tall package, there is no excuse in 100 degree weather treating UPS customers like that, UPS should get rid of you as a provider.

Review of Pharmacist Conduct

Review of Pharmacist Conduct – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior

As a licensed medical provider working with a nationwide medical clinic, I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of a pharmacist at this location. One of our patients returned to clinic after being refused her medication refill—despite presenting a printed prescription that was properly signed, included the physician's NPI number, and met all legal requirements. This method of issuing prescriptions is standard across hospitals and private practices nationwide, especially with the growing use of electronic medical record systems.

I contacted the pharmacy directly to clarify and ensure the patient received the care she needed. Unfortunately, the pharmacist I spoke with was not only uncooperative, but outright rude and arrogant. I answered all of his questions respectfully, yet he continued to challenge my legitimacy as a provider. Shockingly, he even asked if I was “acting like a paramedic.” For the record, I hold the appropriate medical degrees and have over 30 years of clinical experience.

His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Despite confirming that the prescription was for a non-controlled medication, he refused to fill it, asked the same questions repeatedly, questioned my authority without cause, and ultimately ended the call by saying, “Let’s not waste any more time,” before hanging up on me.

This kind of behavior creates unnecessary barriers to care and disrespects both the provider and the patient. I was forced to redirect the prescription to a different pharmacy to ensure the patient received her medication without further delay. I have filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy to ensure this incident is reviewed appropriately.

Addendum: I asked the pharmacist for his full name, and he gave me an incorrect name—most likely to avoid being reported to the pharmacy board. I called the pharmacy again and asked a technician to provide his full name and correct spelling, but she refused and said she would connect me back to him. I explained I did not wish to speak with him again. On a third attempt, I asked for the store manager. The staff member who answered was kind and went to get the manager, but the manager also refused to provide the pharmacist’s name, citing it as private information. This is incorrect. A pharmacist's name is public information—it appears on every prescription label and is listed on the state Board of Pharmacy website. I proceeded to file a formal complaint for disciplinary action with the board due to this pharmacist’s unprofessional behavior and for obstructing a patient’s access to care. If all of you who have had a negative experience would contact the NC Board of Pharmacy, this nonsense might get addressed properly. There are numerous reviews here regarding the same issue with this particular pharmacist. The pharmacist's name is Ylber (Ben) Rraci. License #:

Worst Experience Ever

This pharmacy has refused to fill my medication without providing a medical justification on two separate occasions. The decision to halt medication is dangerous and should be grounded in clinical analysis but that is not how this store operates.

If you have been refused service by CVS, you can file a complaint with your state board of pharmacy.

A pharmacy technician at the CVS store…

A pharmacy technician at the CVS store at 11100 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida 33023 took my driver's license and never returned it to me while I was in the drive thru picking up medicine. The store will not show me the video of me going through the drive through. There is a lot of fraud and theft here in South Florida. I had to make an appointment at the DMV at Pembroke Road and University and pay $48.00 and wait outside in the hot heat to get a replacement license. CVS will not reimburse me for my driver's license fee. I should file a police report. I could sue. I have options. It is the principal of the matter. DO NOT PATRONIZE WITH THIS STORE. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Chicks with 'Tude

I went in at 647p, 13 minutes before the pharmacy part of the store closed to get a prescription. The girl who was working refused to help me with a coupon problem I was having. She claimed they were closed when I had been standing in line for 15 minutes. They wouldn't help me. Their attitude was lackadaisical and rude. CVS has gone completely downhill. I'm tired of dealing with apathetic, lazy workers who do not put the customer first. CVS used to be a great place with great people. All of that is gone now that they changed their hours and had to hire other workers.

BEWARE!!! They are stealing from the public.

Be careful with these people when you use their self-checkout. If something is one sale, or a two for one or two for a reduced price and you ring up on a self-check-out, the register does not change the price, it rings up as the regular price. I was at the store in Parkville, MO and bought something on sale and it did not ring the on-sale price. When I told them about it, they got defensive and said it "had to be something I did" WHAT??? I was at a different location in Kansas City, MO yesterday and the same exact thing happened so I took it to the cashier, who was standing in the back for 10 minutes doing something, and when he finally came up, I told him, and he looked at me like I had ten heads. He could have cared less. My question is, how many people have gone through the self-checkout and not noticed it rang up the wrong price, paid, and walked out the door and been none the wiser. It would be interesting to have some outside organization do an audit and find out exactly how much they are ripping off consumers overall. Maybe 1.00 or 1.50 is insignificant but are they doing this to everyone who finds something on sale, and it rings up wrong and if they aren't watching, they don't catch it and they pay and are none the wiser?? I am done going in a CVS for any reason. I pulled all my prescriptions away from CVS and moved to Walgreens years ago because they couldn't get them right according to what my Dr prescribed, dosages were wrong on two occasions, and one time they gave me a controlled substance with someone else's name on it, and I don't normally open the sacks in the car. I noticed it when I got home, and I had a 30-day supply of someone else's oxycontin. When I called them and told them (because I was afraid to drive back up there in case there was an accident I was involved in, I wasn't in the mood for a possessions charge and what cop is going to believe that story?), the pharmacist who came to the phone tried gaslighting me and said this was my fault because had I checked before I left the drive thru I would have noticed it and now they have to refill it for the right person. MY FAULT? I don't think so. Thats when I moved everything over. Then this happened with the self-checkout twice in a row when I have been there and I firmly feel like they are doing this everywhere if it happened in two completely different cities in the Kansas City metro area with different staff and different management, then it has to be happening all over this country. Please BEWARE. CVS has enough litigation and issues going on right now in their pharmacy as it is, and now they are stealing from the public. That stuff adds up when you are talking about all their locations nationwide. If I were you, I would move everything to either Walgreens or your local pharmacy or even Walmart if you don't mind standing in a line that moves slower than molasses in January.

Could be good to research CVS pharmacy before using their services

I have had these problems dealing with CVS Pharmacy:
1. My first in-person visit to pick up an RX for my cat was a mess. The pharm tech had the wrong name in their system so could not find my RX and rather rudely sent me to another clerk who ended up sending me back to the original tech. The tech filled the RX but, as I later learned, did not even bother to correct the many RX-related errors in their computer system.

2. The next month I wanted to avoid the in-person pharmacy (plus I am a senior who no longer drives), so through the national CVS customer service line I requested that my meds be delivered by USPS. I did all that I was asked to do, including giving them my cat’s correct birthdate and an on-line payment method. But, instead, I received a text saying that the refill would be ready for pick up at my local CvS store! I had to call the store to clear that up.

3. The third month (today), I called my local store for a refill and delivery and they told me to use the CVS app. Well, I tried that and it failed to help me with my delivery request. I therefore called my local store again and was told that I had to wait until my meds were “ready” before requesting a mode of delivery on the App! What?!! And that I should wait for a text saying it is ready. Well, I can hardly believe staff really knows what’s going on there because the answers keep changing.

4. It is already stressful to pay $165.00 month for cat meds! Well, I suppose if things keep going in this haphazard way that I can always transfer my RX to a different pharmacy.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Spent 8 hours over 2 days in the phone being transferred, disconnected or the line just goes silent. I swear they it's like they get you going on purpose. Was given some hope about solving my issue when the last call I made was actually someone in the U.S and I found that strange since the whole time I was speaking to people out of country then it dawned in me, I was actually being interrogated by corporate...... the questions asked were personal but they made it sound like they were looking for an answer... I've put in a BBB complaint as well. I will NEVER shop at cvs again. Online or in store.

Unable to open account online with CVS

I needed to choose a new pharmacy since the one I’ve been using for the past 30 years closed. So I chose the next closest one which is CVS. I attempted to set up an account online but was not able to. I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. Had to call back many times because I kept getting disconnected. Customer service was not very helpful. The issue was not with my computer but with the CVS website. I have never had trouble opening new accounts with any other retailer. And probably have more than 50 accounts with other retailers. I finally gave up after losing connection with customer service many times. I just don’t get it. Why does a large retailer like CVS not have an IT specialist or IT department that ensures a properly working website?

Pulling hair out

Even though the prices at McMullen booth rd clearwater fl are comparable to other pharmacies and the staff is pretty nice,it all comes down to am I going to run out of medication for my epileptic husband as now they are playing the refill game one day before he runs complely out saying it's the state law which is a crock. Yes it is a controlled substance but it's not a pain medication!! So get on the ball and get it refilled several days early as it should be seemless, not to pull your hair out and call the doctor complaining he's not getting his antiepileptic medication refilled soon enough and has run out!!!!

The Memorial Day weekend had descended…

The Memorial Day weekend had descended upon Southampton like a stampede, transforming the usually tranquil waterfront into a frenetic free-for-all. The CVS, a bastion of calm amidst the chaos, was besieged by hordes of sun-kissed tourists and day-trippers, their sunscreen-scented urgency a stark contrast to the measured pace of the pharmacy's staff.

Within this maelstrom, a handful of stalwart employees stood out, their professionalism and courtesy an oasis in the desert of rudeness. Angela and Arnold, the pharmacy's dynamic duo, moved with the precision of a well-oiled machine, dispensing medication and sage advice with equal aplomb. Their smiles, genuine and unwavering, were a balm to the frazzled nerves of their customers.

As I waited in line, I couldn't help but be struck by the contrast between the tumult outside and the tranquil atmosphere within. The pharmacy, a sanctuary of civility, seemed to exist in a parallel universe, one where kindness and compassion still held sway. It was a testament to the dedication and compassion of the staff, who toiled tirelessly behind the counter, their patience and good humor never faltering.

In this era of increasing incivility, it's heartening to encounter individuals like Angela and Arnold, who embody the values of empathy, kindness, and professionalism. They are the unsung heroes of our time, and it's high time they're recognized for their tireless efforts. One can only hope that their hard work is duly rewarded, and that they receive the compensation they so richly deserve.

My elderly Aunt was being scammed for…

My elderly Aunt was being scammed for gift cards through a phone scam and a worker. At CV S recognized this, stopped her from buying more cards over a $1000 worth where Stop N' Shop did not catch it and and she saved her from. Being scammed also helped her block the scammers from the phone. I think it was absolutely amazing. What this young lady did!

This is the least functional website I have ever interacted with, including the years I used the early Internet in the 1990s. It is great at malfunctioning and causing frustration for the user. If you find yourself in a relaxed state and prefer agitation, I strongly recommend trying to refill a prescription on the CVS website.

CVS will not exist in 2026

The store in Fuquay Varina NC is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The people who work there are rude, poorly trained, incompetent and could care less about their work, maybe their jobs could be opened up for people who really need jobs and give a damn. There were 7 people behind the counter in the pharmacy yet no one acknowledged I was waiting at the register or offered to help me until I asked one of them if they had anyone working the register. They had the wrong insurance listed for me for over a year so every time I came to get a prescription I had to explain it to them every month. They finally fixed the problem this time or so they said but they said that every time so we will see. I am switching to online pharmacy simply because I don't have 3 hours to spend training your employees. If zero stars was an option I would pick that because this is not worthy of even one star. If CVS wants to go out of business they are doing a great job of that. I predict no one will come in the near future. I was there for 2 hours today before my prescriiptions were filled.

I have never seeThe worst service / Rude and not helpfuln

I have never seen worse sevice or worse attitude by a staff in apharmacy than the one I met today at the CVS on Bartow pharmacy in Lakeland FLorida . The three ladies were truly worse than devils as if they just ultimately decided not to give me my medication that I need urgently. I ordered the Medication from their application on my phone many days ago while it was on auto refill but yet was not refilled. This is my primary Medication for diabetes and also I am a heart failure paitient and lack of my medications can cause severe reactions that can be life-threatening. The did not have it in stock so they sent me atext that they ordered it but will take a few day. I completely ran out of it because of their lateness. I went to this pharmacy where I get all my meds CVS on Bartow in lakeland Florida just to get enough pills to hold me as the late shipment comes in. They completely denied me the pills knowing how important that medication is and how life threatening it can be to not get it. For an entire hour I watched them having the worst attitude and mocking meand wasting time not to serve me while they serve others because I insist to get my medication, shaking their heads at me and treating me as if I was a lunatic to ask to get my medications that they failed to get on time. One of them says she didn't like my attitude after shaking her head at me down talking to me as if I was a slave at her service that just must just go away because it's not conveniet for them. I spoke to the store manager and she also could not talk them into giving my medication. (FYI) There was an entire month's bottle that was in the pharmacists hand and she refused to give it to me. I have never seen such neglegance or bad attitude in any sort of business let alone in a pharmacy with this kind of attitude dealing with people's medications that people depend on for dear life. I left and I still do not have my medication( Synjardy 1000) I take two tablets daily and of course because of their neglegance now I do not have any medication and I know this will cause many medical issues because of it.
