Excellent communication. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and helped me optimize my build by replacing motherboard, re wiring my cooler (which was never set up properly to begin with), and adding strimer cables. Let me start by saying that I have been buying computers for about 20 years now. All from different retailers, PC builders, websites, etc.

I can save pretty confidently that Custom Lux Pc‘s is the best place that I have bought from. Let’s start with the basic sing that you should get from any business that you buy a PC from, professionalism and time efficiency.

Not only do they help you personally walk through the specific build that you want to accomplish, they will make suggestions and recommendations to help either optimize your build or save you money but still get the top performance that you could possibly get.

Secondly, the attention to detail and Care is 10 out of 10. There are various opportunities where if it was anyone else they would’ve upsold me and wouldn’t of bated an eye. I was told on various occasions,” you can purchase that if you want but I highly recommend this which will give you the same performance for a cheaper price”. I love it when business owners help me not only save money but make recommendations to optimize what I am purchasing.

What I can tell you is if you buy from a large retailer you will not get the experience that you can get here. Imagine buying a suit from men’s warehouse versus buying a suit from a customized Taylor shop. The Taylor shop is going to give you a in-depth personal experience uniquely geared to your preference. Men’s warehouse would give you an overall experience that is not focused on the Minute details.

If you want to skip everything I’ve said and just focus on this one sentence, I can say I will never buy from any other company again and I will be getting all of my PCs from here.

I found CustomLux in January 2025 while searching for the best place to get a custom-built PC. Like anyone in the market for a high-end build, I did my research. From comparing service, build quality, pricing, and customization options.
CustomLux was easily the best choice by far.

One of the biggest reasons I went with CustomLux was the ability to fully customize my PC. Unlike some places that limit options, I had complete control over my build, and Pat (the owner) was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He provided great recommendations without ever pushing unnecessary upgrades. There was no sales pressure, no nonsense about needing a flagship motherboard or the most expensive fans, just honest, knowledgeable advice.

What I appreciated most was Pat’s patience and responsiveness. From mid-January to early March, we went back and forth discussing every detail. He answered all my questions, provided all the information I needed, and made sure I was completely confident in my build.

Price-wise, CustomLux was unbeatable. With GPU shortages and inflated prices everywhere, I received quotes from multiple companies, and CustomLux was by far the best, I mean I was getting quotes hundreds, (some thousands) more for the same or worse PCs. Many of those other companies didn’t even allow full customization.

CustomLux however was great.
Once the build was completed, Pat sent over detailed photos, videos, and all relevant information. The entire build process took about a week, and then it was shipped out.

Unfortunately, there was a rare shipping issue… my package was delayed multiple times, and when it finally arrived, the box was in bad shape, with my case badly damaged on one side. Pat immediately took action, filing a claim within three days. Just over a week later, he had the shipping covered, got my PC back, replaced the damaged case, rebuilt it, and sent it back in perfect condition.

Now, with everything running, I couldn’t be happier. My PC is in pristine condition, running cool, delivering high FPS, insanely fast speeds, and looking absolutely stunning.

If you’re looking for a custom-built PC with great service, honest pricing, and someone who truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Pat and CustomLux.

I was saving up for my first true tower PC for 10 months, and by the time I had the money for the PC I was aiming for, most places were either sold out of the components I wanted or individual sellers were selling CPUs and GPUs at scalper prices. I decided to take a risk with Custom Lux PC’s. Pat built me a very nice PC with the exact specs I wanted at a very fair price! Best thing about buying from him is the super quick customer service. He’s with you every step of the way.

Patrick is the man for all pc needs and wants. I promise If you want a pc go with custom lux pc you will get everything you need and ask for for a excellent price. I wasn't charged scalping prices for my rtx 4090. I parted everything out and it was going to cost more than what Patrick was able to do it for even after figuring in the normal price for a 4090 when they first released. His builds also look absolutely fabulous I am truly satisfied and in love with the pc.

Bought a pc from Patrick about 2 years ago for trading and iracing. Has run flawless for 2 years. Had some problems with iracing the other night lagging. Sent him a message and he remoted onto my computer and fixed it for me in 10 minutes. Stand up guy and builds a great product.

We were in search of a PC with the highest specs and reasonable cost for our son on Christmas. Two weeks before Christmas, late at night we were lucky to find Custom Lux PC. We asked the ChatBot on the custom lux pc site a question, and to our surprise, the owner, Pat, responded. He not only responded, but walked us through the products and advised us to purchase something lower than our asked for pricepoint. Through the entire purchase process, Pat’s service was exceptional! He also ensured that the computer would arrive before Christmas Day. on arrival everything set-up perfectly. After purchase, We had an issue with our headset, reached out to Pat and he responded quickly. Our son says the computer is blazing fast with over 500 FPS (?) - thank you Pat for your outstanding product and service. Highest recommendation for custom Lux!
