Ordering online, everything was 100%. The problem came when I booked delivery four days ahead and paid £20. On the day of delivery, they cancelled without notifying me. I only knew because I was tracking the delivery; there was no email, text, or call. I called and asked why it was cancelled, and was told the truck couldn't get in, which wasn't true. Then I was told they attempted delivery at 4:35. The guy on customer service was rude. First time ordering with Currys, probably never again.

I just wanted to share how impressed my pregnant partner and I were with the exceptional service we received at Currys by Elliot! We recently visited the store to look for a new TV, and he truly went above and beyond to help us.
From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, talked us through the different options, explained features in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. His advice was honest, and we never felt pressured just genuinely supported.
Thanks to his help, we left with a TV that suits our needs perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. It really made all the difference having someone who clearly cares about doing a great job.
Customer service like that is rare and we hope he gets the praise he deserves !

I found what I was looking for online but went to the store to see it first. I went in the evening so it wasn’t busy. I wasn’t offered anything else to look at so hopefully I chose well.
I did get a couple of texts before the delivery day so I could have changed the day if needed - my only qualm is that one text came at 5am and woke me up and I couldn’t get back to sleep-
