I have been a customer of The Credit Union of New Jersey for nearly 30 years! The credit Union of New Jersey has very competent and professional people that always have answers when I have questions. I've also been able to get the best rates on savings as well as auto loans. Most recently Alyson Bohman has been extraordinarily helpful in processing my latest vehicle loan! Bank did not put my interests into account
I will be closing my account with the bank. I had a malicious person flag my Zelle account for fraud and the bank basically informed me that I would be unable to transact in my account going forward whether the fraud investigation cleared me or not. They were not willing to budge and that just leaves me no option. What is the point of an investigation if the outcome does not matter?
