I needed help with seat assignments
I needed help with seat assignments. The CrystalTravel agent did a great job explaining which seats were free and which weren’t, explained where they were on the plane in relation to emergency exits, which were on the upper deck (this was a double-decker Airbus 380), and helped me avoid the back row where seats don’t recline. The agent also showed me how to navigate the carrier’s website to verify that the correct seats were assigned and to print out the itinerary; I was especially impressed with the agent’s clear explanations of where to click and what info to fill in on the carriers site. The agent was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

I've been having a difficult time booking for flights to Cebu, Philippines since the flights I wanted to take were all sold out. Luckily, Nick from Crystal Travel called and came to the rescue. He was very helpful, courteous, and nice. He was able to help me book the flight for me and my family. It's actually my first time booking with this agency.
