I've been a customer, off and on, from the 80s. Every experience has been positive and with accurate descriptions of the items I've purchased and the shipping times have been exceptional as well. Yes, there are a lot of other retailer options for electronic gear out there, but for me, there's only one choice. Crutchfield.

Had some issues with the head I purchased. Crutchfield was all over it. Support was knowledgeable and fun. In the end the head was all glitched out, and beyond a 'reset' to fix it. New unit arrived in less then a week. Shipping tag for the return, made it easy. Love Crutchfield. Customer for life.....

I searched the website and was overwhelmed with the available options. I decided to call and see if they can help me narrow down the options. The advisor I had the pleasure working with was Mulligan. We discussed my needs and budget and with 3 mins he found the perfect match. What made the process even smoother was the shopping cart feature where they can just drop what they’re looking at in to your cart. The service was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After the products arrived I was able to my new head unit within 30 mins and that would NOT have been possible without the Crutchfield Ready Harness, it TRULY is plug and play. If you’re in the market for a new head unit, trust me and get the Ready Harness. Worth every penny. I will shop no where else for my audio needs.

I've been a Crutchfield customer for 2 decades. Things have always been great the shipping and returns easy. However, something has changed. Their shipping is horrible now - 7-10 days to get anything (even though they state free 2-day shipping). Their processing time on orders sometimes takes 3-4 days, top that with the "new" shipping times and orders take forever. Probably will no longer go thru them anymore unless they are a last resort.

This was my first experience with Crutchfield. Absolute game changer. They helped me find all of the wiring harnesses, adaptors, trim kits, etc. rather than me doing it myself. Super awesome and everything was flawless!

First off i really want to write this review. I just want to say that this company is absolutely outstanding. I bought all new Jl tweeters, door speakers, front and rear, and when I called for a service, the service was absolutely outstanding, I will never go anywhere else for stereo products, after I bought the door speakers, I decided it wasn't enough. So I went back and bought sub's stealth box am, and everything I was having trouble deciding what I wanted. So I called customer service agian, and the guy was absolutely phenomenal. He didn't try to oversell me on stuff. He gave me exactly what I needed to get the job. I am super impressed with this company. I've dealt with a lot of companies and stereo companies and never had service like this place that has the offer. I'm still waiting on part as some are on back order. And the box has to be built, which is okay with me. Because I'd rather have the right part and do it right? Then cut corners. I highly recommend this business to anybody that wants stereo. Equipment for anything.
