I have to be honest with my review

I must say, they need work on their Web page as it scared me sh!tless, I got the shoes after 2 weeks. They sent me 3 emails and I am happy about it. They are new of course. No problems. Hope everyone has the same experience from them. Good luck.

Order Never Arrived, No Support, and No English Assistance

I’m beyond frustrated with Courir.

I placed and paid for an order of sneakers — they never arrived. The tracking status claims the delivery failed due to an “incorrect address,” but I verified multiple times: the address I provided was accurate and complete.

I contacted the courier, who directed me back to Courir. I’ve tried to contact Courir several times… no reply at all. No email response, no phone support, no solution. Just silence.

To make matters worse, Courir offers no customer service in English — not by phone, not by email, not on the website. This is unacceptable for a company that operates online across borders and accepts international orders. If you don't speak French, you're completely abandoned.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligent and disrespectful to paying customers. I lost my money, received nothing, and was left without any support.

Avoid Courir at all costs. It’s not worth the risk. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own — and apparently, only in French.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and when going to pick them up ai realised only 2 pairs were delivered. I therefore decided not take over the delivery from a pick up point and informed courier several times about it asking to be refunded for the order. However, never any reaction from their side so I will be now proceeding with an official complaint via EU consumer center.

Disappointing Customer service and lack of liability.

I bought a pair of Timberland shoes from Courir and was advised by a staff member to purchase a cleaning product (Crep Protect) to maintain them. I followed the instructions given, but the product caused the dye to bleed, ruining the shoes.
Despite following their recommendation, Courir refused to take responsibility, claiming it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. As a customer, I find it unacceptable that they don’t stand by their own advice or address the damage caused by products they recommend. Very disappointing experience.

Courir forgot my address details

Courir sent shoes to the delivery company without my house number so the delivery company sent me a mail requesting my address details. I had to call DPD (delivery company) to explain that courir forgot to give them my address.
When the shoes got delivered 3 days later i was asked by courir what my experience was. I told them that it went wrong and i had to wait 3 more days and that i had to call the delivery company because courir forgot to give my address details.
Today i got a response from courir.
No apologies nothing. their response was

"Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about the delivery of order CO0001940923. It's nice to hear that the package arrived safely after all"

😅😅😅😅
I don't mind paying 10 euro extra to avoid this kind of clownery

Not trustworthy, do not purchase!

Site is down, can't get in contact with anyone via email or social media, no updates on shipping. Do not purchase from this site, it's not trustworthy!

Edit: After being absolutely impossible to get in touch (site is down, emails get returned, no reply on social media) I get an email saying my package was sent! I still can't reply to the emails or access any info regarding returns on the site, because I absolutely don't want these shoes anymore and I refuse to pay this company that has no consideration for its clients. Still waiting to hear from Courir on what the return policy is! I want my money back, terrible experience.

Scam ⁉️🤔🤔

Why would I be told by this company that my antivirus protection has expired & my account has been disabled, no idea who these people ARE & says I have 24hrs to unlock my account, B*LLSH*T.
