False advertising!

Zoegas coffee for 49sek no limits were ever advertised. I was embarrassed at the register that there's a limit placed out of nowhere.

Becareful! Always ask if what is printed is true.

Fraud !!! Costco is cheating its customers !!! I had renewed my membership on 8/24/2014. I paid the full price for 12 months!!! And Costco backdated my membership !!! My membership ends on 6/30/25 !!! I paid for 12 months and I'm supposed to pay dues again after 10 months!!!! This is a scam!!!

Disappointed with Consistent Dents in Costco’s Kirkland EvapoI’ve ordered Kirkland brand evaporated milk by the case from Costco multiple times, and nearly every can arrives dented. It’s baffling—sometimes even the center cans, which should be protected, are damaged. Whether it’s a handling issue or something happening further up the supply chain, it feels like quality control is falling short.

Costco’s prices and return policy are great, but I shouldn’t have to inspect every can to decide which ones are safe to use. I hope Costco and the manufacturer (Carnation?) take steps to resolve this, because loyal customers deserve better.rated Milk

Instacart is awful! I ordered a blender my husband was looking at for a while now. It was around $190, a special occasion was approaching and I have been too busy to go shopping, so I ordered it from Costco Same Day Delivery, which is really just Instacart. Upon ordering I received an email confirmation and a note to say I would have to sign for it or show my ID. Well, when it arrived I refused to give my ID to the Instacart lady to scan on her personal cell phone (a stranger, probably not a secure transaction to just give my secure license to her). Instacart doesn't need my license in their database to just have an eventual data breach and give away my information. I showed my Costco card with my photo on it, my name and address matched the order, I didn't understand the problem. Instacart CS told the to refuse delivery and return the items to the store (about 45 minutes away). She left, I in a huff. After 10 minutes or so she returned with my item and kindly delivered the blender to me as I had planed from the beginning. Costco should stop using Instacart or have more control. I resent having to go through such a stressful situation to buy a blender.

This business is definitely a scam. I paid £59.01 for a water flosser and the money was taken from my account but no goods delivered. When I emailed for information they eventually replied to say that they have no record of my order. I am now informing my bank that I have been scammed BEWARE everyone.

The amount of choices can be overwhelming, but I love that you can get samples of items before you even buy. Customer service is also amazing and they are quick to check out all the crowds!

Ordered a new TV with installation at an additional cost. When the TV arrived I informed that the fee for set-up on consisted of: REMOVING THE TV FROM THE BOX, PLACING THE FEET ON THE TV, THEN PUTTING IT ON A STAND OR TABLE? I was mounting it on the wall and felt they could easily attach the braces to my new TV and hang it, simple yes? Oh no, that's not set-up in Costco's eyes. The delivery guys were terrific, polite and not at fault. Costco needs to do a better job on its website explaining what they do and don't do. Extremely disappointed in them and in the future will stick to Best Buy who know the meaning of INSTALLATION.
FOLLOW-UP: Costco did refund my fee and apoligized the install description was clearer. They did the right thing. However, I hope they show up front the install limits without making you goes through 4 or 5 windows to reach it.

This site is a scam. They rely on people seeing Costco logo and think it's legit. Ordered a trampoline but immediately the email I received back for the order was very bizarre and from a strange site. I rang bank straight away and they cancelled the card but said payment had gone to somewhere in Bulgaria . I have now raised a dispute to try and get my money back.

Don't buy anything from their site they are scammers.
The bank gave me my money back when I opened a dispute but after a few more weeks they tried to take a large sum from my account again.

Ordered a raised planting bed 22nd may 2025. Realosed was a scam within 24 hrs, emailed them it was a scam and wanted ro cancel and obtain refund. They responded and agreed, as everyone else no refund or product. Reported to credit card company who have been great, they will be recalling payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I would have never purchased a membership to Costco, but I received it as a Mothers Day gift from my daughter. I have never been there before so I didn’t see the line for the self check out because it was so crowded in there. This man who identifies as a woman yelled at me with four cashiers watching and listening to the she/shim use profanities towards me and did absolutely nothing about it. Instead a she/shim employee walked over to him and coddled him. I was dumbfounded. The prices were much higher than H-E-B. I bought one thing and left and I will not return. A lot of thuggish people work there it is not safe.. Potranco and 1604 in San Antonio, Tx. Save your money. Unless you own a business or have a very large family I would not recommend wasting your money on the membership. HEB is the BEST grocery store with the best prices on nearly everything. Even if I was not faced with violence I would still have never wasted my money on a membership just to pay higher prices. Costco is a joke. Ripping people off is bad business.

I was sadly as a 83 yr old disabled man, taken in by the item I bought for £61.86 from what was shown as Costco-MTDruidcaf…..thinking as Costco would be legit, now find it was for a Corina Rosalind, Chatham NJ, and is a scam! Just to warn any one else like me, to check on the details first before accepting must be good as it’s Costco! Will take me another three months to save up what I have now lost!!
