If you're a company with less than 30 sales staff and you work on google workspace, this is the CRM for you. I've done the research and the comparisons, and was very glad with my final choice of Copper:
- Plugs into your existing software super easily
- Great balance between being super straightforward to use, but can provide sophisticated enough tools
- Dozens of extensions with other relevant sales/marketing software you will likely use
- Good pricing
But more than anything else, Copper's leadership team shows understanding and support to fellow entrepreneurs. When we had our backs against the wall, Copper went out of their way to help us out. And in this day and age of soulless companies, that really meant something to me.
You won't regret giving Copper a try.

Have been using the service for a few months and really liked what it offers. The real test came when an issue arose. Any company can get 5-star reviews when everything is working smoothly. A true view of a company is how things are handled when something goes wrong. This recently happened and I was BLOWN AWAY at how smoothly the situation was resolved. The team went ABOVE and beyond to make things right. I am so happy to stick with the service moving forward.

Overpriced for automation, the rest is great, love the UI, but for a simple lead import automation you're forcing an upgrade to 69 pm, where competitors charge 13, for a very comparable experience, speaking from a startup perspective.

My impression is that Copper not a massive full-scale CRM that does everything, but I didn't need all that.

Beard Length: Medium to Long (and ginger) Have been looking for any beard products that look after me since that Yankee brand left the EU market a few years ago… I found it, and these guys are even better without the bullshit. So this review is following my second order, the lavender mint daily wash is amazing and the best compliment I can give is that it feels natural, not my natural haze, but tamed and calm. The beard butter is the best I’ve found too! Love this stuff and my UK bearded brothers… the shipping costs are worth it! Just wish these guys could stock it in the uk somewhere! @Copperjohns please sort it out

My comments are limited like my experience with Copper We have been using and employing Copper to our client base for a couple of months now. The more I use the system and understand it's capabilities, the more I like it. Able to send targeted emails to areas I am fixing to visit. So the four start rating only applies to my capabilities, which are expanding with each use.

Love the crm, if i could change anything it would be 2 things, ability to schedule clients through copper and have it sync to google calendar and ability to sync select clients to quickbooks.

So thankful to have this tool. I work in consulting and keeping my tech stack small is important - I don't want to spend all day clicking between apps just to get work done - so Coppers smooth integration with Gmail is a godsend. Would absolutely recommend!!

My trial was over by less than a week and I didn't fully use the software yet was not permitted to get a refund.
[Updated Jan 14] Copper has refunded the cost. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because I greatly appreciate that they followed up and remedied their process that initially declined a refund.
