I was told that I could change my delivery to a UPS store but I had to wait to get my tracking number. That option did not appear when I received the tracking number. I found “change my delivery but again it did not work. I called my local UPS store and they told me I could not change it after I ordered. I had 2 different customer service agents who each gave me a different answer . I asked to speak to a supervisor but they told me they weren’t available. I will never buy another item from this company ever again. With high end goods they should offer stellar service. I am now worried when or if my order will arrive. Shame on the leaders of Coolibar for their terrible customer service! Are you top dogs reading these reviews? Eventually you will fail for your rotten service, you deserve no place in the retail business.

Hats Terrific, Delivery & CS Terrible
My first order was delivered to the wrong door, no follow-up from Coolibar. Because I have skin cancer I ordered a second hat express which got here, and I love it, but I am still going to have to deal with the first lost order. Customer service is only by email and uses AI, ineffectually in my opinion. The hats are great, it is getting them that is the issue.

Very poor customer service!
Coolibar refused to cancel an order for a sale item that I mistakenly paid full price for because the of their very confusing check out process (requiring several steps to apply the discount code). They told me I needed to receive the item and then return it for a refund. They also refused to simply change the price for the item and reimburse me the difference. Kind of ridiculous.

It took FOREVER to learn that I was not…
It took FOREVER to learn that I was not going to receive the last two items of my large number of -item order. Now I have Over-ordered so I have something for the kids who were left out because of the sold outs (in case the new items were sold out, too)! If the new order doesn’t arrive before we leave for the beach, the whole order is going back. I’ll go to another brick and mortar store on Sunday and just buy what they have in stock.

Excellent customer service…
Excellent customer service we ordered several items that turned out to be too small. We wanted to exchange them for the next size up, but cool bar does not offer exchanges. Instead, they suggested that we refund and then re-purchase. Unfortunately, the discount that we used for the original purchase was no longer available. I called customer service and a very helpful representative arranged to adjust the pricing so we received the same discounted price again. Very good service!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I returned some items from the same order in the same package, and they processed the return as if it was two separate returns, deducting 7.95 TWICE from my credit. I reached out to them every which way and they ignored their error. Glad my credit card set it straight. RIP OFFS!!

I placed my first and last order today
I placed my first and last order today. I thought the clothes were sun protection clothes that were also cute. I placed my order and then realized one item was the wrong size. I tried to call customer service which hung up after I waited on hold. I tried the chat where I was told they would contact the wearhouse and email me. They didn't. I talked to manager Luigi who also said they would email me. Then the order shipped. It's going to take awhile to get here. I will have to return the item and not get another nas summer will be almost over. I seriously had the worst experience ever. Their clothes are not cheap. I am going to shop at a place that has better customer service. I would strongly recommend not ordering from them.
