Waiting for my refund since 15th June 25

Nobody answers the phone or calls you back when they say they will and they have taken payment a whole week early which I didn’t authorise. I have cancelled with them and still waiting for my full refund that I have been chasing since 15th June. Please refer to my recent review a few weeks ago for an honest review as to how my experience has been with constant contact. I am still waiting for my refund?? If I don’t receive my refund by the end of this week I will start my court proceedings to recover what is owed to me. How long does it take for a refund? This has been chased since 15th June we’re in July now. You have responded to my last review that was left accepting acknowledgment for your errors and said the billing team are processing my refund it’s a week later and still no refund.

Unauthorized Charge $580.00

They charged my card $580.00 when I have never sent an email or used the account. They had me on hold with customer service for over a hour and still did not try to help just told me to read my terms and condition. DO NOT USE THEM!

Zero customer support - awful company

I have been trying for about 6 weeks to cancel my account. I have used the chat function, I have called billing, I have sent emails - but guess what. No one has actioned this and money is still being syphoned off from me every single month. It is absolutely not worth the money and there is NO customer service. Do not touch this product with a barge pole.

I have tried to cancel this user unfriendly program, but they require a live phone and put call on hold. I waited over half an hour with no answer. I was told I could cancel any time. This program is too time consu.ing.

No way to cancel online and hold time…

No way to cancel online and hold time for cancelation by phone has been at least 30 minutes each time. Don't actually know how long it will take because I haven't been able to wait long enough to get anyone on the phone that can help me cancel.

Impossible to cancel a subscription

Impossible to cancel a subscription! I've waited on the phone multiple days for long periods to try to get through to billing as there is no option within an account to downgrade and cancel. Impossible to get a billing rep by phone. I have the responsibility of managing the Constant Contact account for an organization and they have made a unanimous decision to cancel the subscription. But it is impossible to cancel. Web chat was also not helpful and said they cannot cancel an account. I begged for assistance and the rep said he could reach out to customer service, but it would take 7-14 days to get a response. That is ridiculous! As a web developer this is a waste of time, and I will never use Constant Contact again, nor will I recommend it to clients. Legal action is next. If you are considering Constant Contact, don't do it!!!!!!

I was led to believe that Constant…

I was led to believe that Constant Contact would help me get customers. I didn't realise the CC does not connect to Tiktok. In order to cancel I had to wait on the phone 45 minutes before a nice young lady dealt with my issue promptly. It is difficult to cancel to find if at all.
