absolutely terrible communication
absolutely terrible communication. I have no idea where my order is, i cannot get in touch with them and it's been weeks. i am down $4000 dollars and these theives are laughing all the way to the bank . NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Fraud,no reply,No contact number
Placed and order and paid on 29 th January 2024 and have not received anything or reply.They tried again to debit the same credit card that was blocked 4 times.

The company accepted my order and no product or contact
The company accepted my order and payment on 11-14-2023.
As of 1-9-2024, I still have not received my part, and their VM box is full. Contacted by email, 2 phone numbers and contact form on their website. No response. No product. Going through resolution with PayPal.

Shipped order promptly
Shipped order promptly, but sent wrong item. Ignored my emails and no one answers when call. Had to file a claim. Stay away from this company.

Excellent service and fast delivery
I was looking for a replacement home steam cleaner. Found Commercial Vacuum and called them - thought I should look at a particular steamer that was going to cost over $800! Too rich for me and the service rep recommended one for $99. It arrived within 5 days and is excellent - much better than the one I replaced, that had cost considerably more! I use this steamer to steam the sheets and mattress on my bed; steam the shower walls and steam my floors! My place is "steamin' clean"!
