Highly recommend, they cant do enough for you, give advice, help with free diagnostic water checks, lovely people, I cant praise them enough. They do care about animals and wont buy from just anyone, and help to keep your fish healthy. A family business that is worth their weight in gold ❤

Very poor after sales service. Bought a Blagdon water feature pump from CMC Aquatics which failed after 3 months. CMC said I would have to return the pump at my own cost to them so that they could examine it, and this would not be refundable despite the 3 year guarantee on the pump. Tried phoning again a few days later and got exactly the same response. When something is covered by a three year guarantee, then fails after 3 months, I should not be out of pocket in order to have it resolved. Appalling after sales/ customer care service, would never use CMC Aquatics again.
