Not sure if this is a legitimate business

I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business anymore. The phone numbers given are inactive, there is some response to emails but it is limited and confusing. I believe they have been misleading me about a delivery, due 3 months ago, with stories of logistics issues but I'm concerned it is just cover for the inability to deliver. All I know for sure is that they took my money 6 months ago and haven't delivered with no clear reason why. It seems the purpose of the occasional replies to my emails is to keep me hanging on but now what little information they have offered has become inconsistent and inconherant, like someone bring caught in a lie. I also found other reports like this on a site called BBB org.
