The return trip was terrible

The return trip was terrible. It took only one layover on the way down to P.R. and the trip took 6 hours total that was perfect. The return trip had two layovers and it is taking me 22 hours total to get back home. The only thing about Miami airport that was good was the smoking section in TGIF's. Other than that sleeping at the airport waiting for a connecting flight that's only going to take me to the next layover in Charlotte to wait 8 hours for the connecting flight to OAJ was rough on this senior citizen with bad knees and back. I think from now on I will go directly to the airport to buy my tickets.

The trip was great

The trip was great, but we left Miami about 2 hours late, and it wasn’t a pleasure….
The Pilot, was fenomenallllll , pilotes and landed in Charlotte very Well, it was a big PLUS!!!! Congrats !!! You really do what you Love!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I am really disappointed with this…

I am really disappointed with this company. That's the second time that I have this bad experience with Cheapoair. I wanted to cancel my ticket and the fee for cancellation is $250. For exchange they have no refund and nobody mentioned. They return the fund in two months and expected to get the found right away. Their policy is just one way for their benefit. Not recommended at all.
