Shopping was great and I would have…

Shopping was great and I would have given 5 stars; however, the repeated emails regarding rating my purchase would be much more acceptable if you would wait until I actually receive what I ordered. It's a little difficult to let you know how wonderful the product is if it's still in transit (I hope). I've checked the tracking and have seen no updates since March 5th (a label was made) and today is March 10th. Not your problem, I understand since we're talking about USPS, but maybe add code to your automatic review system to wait to request reviews until after the product has been delivered. Just a thought ...

I USED to love Carrot-Top ....

While I used to love Carrot-Top and used them often, recent changes in their invoicing system has created many problems that force me to invest a great deal of time in trying to resolve. They must have reduced the number of people in Customer Service also since it's impossible to get through now and I've been forced to wait 20mins or more and then am told to leave a message and no one calls you back. I'm on day 4 of trying to resolve a billing issue. Time that takes me away from my clients and their needs.

I could have used more updates

I could have used more updates. When I reached out to check the status of the order I could only see "in production". Perhaps I missed a notice about the average turn-around time. When the flag arrived, I did not receive a delivery notice until days later.

It would be great to give your customers an idea of the average turn-around time, so they can plan ahead. Also, tracking information (which I may have missed) would be really useful.
