I was not treated due to periodontal…

I was not treated due to periodontal issues. I canceled my Wally account once I found out all they do is general clean ( mind you they don't clean teeth well ) and just whitening. They continued to charge me $29 a month since the cancelation. I called again and there weas no response. This was the second time I had to make a dispute with my bank.

Another Excellent Wally Experience

I always receive excellent service during my Wally appointments. Not only do I get a thorough deep cleaning, I also get incisive analysis on my mouth health (including a saliva test this time) and tips for improving my oral hygiene (I'm getting that water flosser). Plus, the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly.

Their locations throughout New York are conveniently situated, making it easy for me to access their services. I am particularly impressed with the thoroughness of the hygienists, who take the time to explain each step of the x-rays and cleanings in detail, ensuring that I fully understand the process and any necessary precautions. Overall, Wally provides a top-notch dental experience that I highly recommend.

Exceptional Service

The service was exceptional! I arrived late, but I was still able to receive my dental cleaning and consultation. Everyone, from the assistant to the hygienist, was super kind and informative. And they were super helpful. I'd highly recommend them to my friends and family.

My dental appointment

My dental appointment was very punctual and informative. We observed various aspects in regards of x-rays and proper hygiene attention.
Now, we are looking forward to acquire a nightguard and a whitening kit.

Overall, a very pleasant and good experience.

Don't fall for it

Bought a membership sometime in February last year. Had one cleaning around June or July. Afterwards, they said I had gum disease and that I would need to pay extra for a special cleaning, otherwise they wouldn't be able to "move forward with" my regular cleanings. It's as if they were putting me on credit hold just for not wanting to pay extra on a supposedly all-inclusive membership. During the same call, the representative also said, "Has anyone ever told you your blood pressure is high?" Never! I have perfect, sometimes even low, BP. How could a medical facility make such a careless mistake? Don't fall for this scam.

Nice facility but deceptive advertising

The good: the facility was nice, the tech is modern. The bad: I signed up for “unlimited” cleanings however the reality is the earliest available appointment slots are months away and there is actually no way to book another appointment yourself, you have to wait for a follow up text with a link, which I only just received today, about 11 months after signing up. There’s no online membership portal, nothing. It’s all done over SMS. So ultimately I received just 1 care session for the price of a year’s membership which makes it not that much cheaper than a regular dentist. Disappointed.
