Helpful customer service

Anne was helpful. I used the chat feature on the website and was quickly connected to a live agent. She figured out my problem and helped me solve it. I just wish I would have known that my order hadn't been processed for weeks because there was an issue with the medication being for my pet and not me. It wasn't obvious when I ordered that I was missing a step. I got no notification about the issue, I had to discover it on my own when I thought it had been too long since I heard anything about my order. Very glad they could help me figure it out though.

I placed an order on 6/16

I placed an order on 6/16. It has been in customs since 6/20 per the tracking number. I’ve already paid for the product and am being asked to wait until 7/9 to request a replacement. This should not take so long.

A Very Slow Process

Anne was very easy to deal with. The entire process however of trying to get Mounjaro has taken a ridiculously long time. We have been using Canada Pharmacy for a year now and really struggled with trying to get Mounjaro in a timely manner with most orders. Several times the medication has run out before the Mounjaro ships.

First time I encountered your CHAT…

First time I encountered your CHAT representative pushing back on fielding my questions. It appears there is a procedural change and the Chat system can not answer my questions - only an email to info -at-groupmedical.com.

Payment method needs improvements

You do so many things well and I appreciate being able to get prescriptions with you. My sole issue is you make it an ordeal to pay. Today I had to once again work through chat to get my prescription paid for. It was my 12th order with you and all eleven previous orders were paid by me to you from the same banking account yet I still had to jump through hoops again today. You should look at how Amazon does payments for a clue on how to improve your site. Maybe even consider asking repeating customers if there are any changes to their payment plans. You would get your money quicker and that's always good for you. And, I would be a happy customer looking forward to my next purchase from you.
