Professional Sevice

Would like to thank our Calor Gas delivery chap D Harvey for such a professional and friendly service. What a lovely happy chappie and so considerate making sure our dog was secure before opening our gate much appreciated.

All sorted quickly by Molly at Calor Gas

After Royal Mail decided to change my postcode I needed Calor Gas to update my address. I sent an email with my new details and Molly replied saying address changed. Not only did my address get changed but Molly also set me up to receive an SMS direct to my phone when my future deliveries are due. And as a bonus all future messages will arrive via email. Many thanks Molly.

Disgusting company

Stop sending letters to us. We do not want your terrible service, feels like harassment again! You took out the tanks so how can you deliver more gas to us! We will never forget how you treated us before, threatening letters and debt collection agencies and we didn’t even owe you the money but it took a weeks for you to sort out, please read my 2 previous reviews. Disgusting service from all departments, we asked for an apology in writing but of course we never got one, Gary and Zoe please don’t contact me it really is a waste of time I will not reply! People who read this think long and hard about using this company and never sign there contracts. You have been warned!

Excellent Service

The crew turned up at the time agreed by a telephone call a day or two before. Polite, smartly turned out with an attitude that they knew what they were doing. This turned out to be true as they got on with the job with no drama or problems.

Waited over a month for my delivery 😡

I placed my order on 15th May 2025, I was given a delivery date of 3rd June! I ask for notification of delivery because we have electric gates, so someone has to be here! 3rd June came and went, no notification and no delivery! I called and was told it was only a ‘scheduled date’, so how are we to know when our actual delivery date is going to be??? We were going on holiday on 23rd June so having still not received any notification, or delivery, I had to ring the week before to ask if it would be coming before we went on holiday, the lady I spoke to said they would try but she’d make a note of the date the property was inaccessible, just in case, which didn’t fill me with confidence! No delivery, went on holiday and came back, still no delivery! It’s now been well over a month from when I placed the original order! I kept asking if there was a problem but no one said anything! Eventually I got a call to say my delivery would be the next day 3rd JULY, so a month after my ‘scheduled’ delivery date! The delivery driver, Martin Birch, was lovely and apologised on behalf of Calor, he said they had a new system that was having teething problems! Why couldn’t the person I spoke to have told me that??? Anyway, Martin did a check of the tank and said it was fine (as I’d been told I was due for a 10 yearly check this year but no one has ever been to check it! ) I feel sorry for the drivers as they take the flack that isn’t their fault but they have to face the customer when they deliver! All I can say is if you don’t fix the systems teething problems now, Winter is going to be an absolute nightmare and you need to do better! Recently I seem to have trouble every time I place an order, gone are the days when you were given a date and it actually arrived on schedule, and you call this progress???? I find the whole system completely customer unfriendly, and when you ring up and it takes sometimes upto 4 hours to get through, no one seems to care! Fortunately your delivery drivers are brilliant, your saving grace! Come on Calor get your act together!!!!
