It was ok for a year but afterwards they are forcing you to pay monthly premium subscription if you want to download or Sy Chris data although I never asked for premium prescription. When I contacted them to ask why there is no other option on my profile they not answering my query. So now my watch reverted to Spanish language and is useless to me.

I just preordered a watch for xmas for my mom who's been asking for one for awhile, I contacted customer service to see where it's at and they got back to me very quickly and assured my order, can't wait for the watch to get in!
