iPhone 13 Purchase
I recently had a very pleasant experience with Buy Back Tronics. I inquired to sell my recently deceased mother in-laws IPhone 13.I filled out the online form and they provided a value based on the information I provided. They sent a shipping label and off it went. The email correspondence was prompt, including all other correspondences.Upon inspection they relayed to me that the phone was in flawless condition as I stated.Once their inspection was completed I received an email that the the payment would be processed the next business day and 2 days later received payment via my PayPal
This company is legitimate and I do recommend them with 5 stars

Safe and Easy to use
Was skeptical at first since it took 6 business days to evaluate the samsung laptop I sent in. I know thats still within their 5-7 day timeline but this was my first time dealing with BuyBack. Once the evaluation process started it wasn't long before my trade in was accepted and I recieved an email with my e check. I deposited it with my smart phone immediately and the funds have cleared and are ready to use now. I would do business with them again and would recommend their services to others especially if you don't want to deal with the hassles of selling to strangers.

Nervousness led to Awesomeness
I was very nervous shipping a $4,000 Alienware 4090 laptop to a random business I found online. However, boy was it absolutely worth it in every way.
I paid for the $75 lightning processing (Guarantees 8 business hours processing) and $18 insurance to cover package. I shipped the laptop out on Monday June 16th 2025 and UPS delivered it at their warehouse on Wednesday at 8:30am. It was Approved 3 hours after that for the full payment amount. I received an eCheck only 2 short hours later and Chase bank cashed it without issue.
This was by far the smoothest online selling transaction I've ever completed. I'll be back with any future electronics and tell all my friends as well. Thank you BuyBackTronics!
