Quite taken aback at the tone of this business!
Thought I may be the first to come on here writing about “hassling emails” from British Bonsai because of choosing to take business elsewhere. But just adding another review to the trend so it seems!
I was contacted by email and asked if they could help after I abandoned my online cart. Provided honest feedback on shipping costs (£58.99 to ship to Northern Ireland I just thought was a high ask) and noted I had managed to get similar products elsewhere. Shocked in all honesty to then get a poorly toned email back. How would any business think that’s ok to contact prospective customers and offer passively aggressive comments. How is that going to make me want to shop with you? Agree with previous reviews; this is clearly a merchant who feels the need to have the last word as he continued to respond unprofessionally.
