I'm sorry I ever booked with BravoFly!

We have been stuck at the airport for three days with no alternative flight and no refund!

Our flight was cancelled three days ago, and BravoFly has not responded to any of our attempts to contact them — no reply to emails, no support through live chat, and no one answers the phone.

👉 If the company responds to my husband’s case today, I will update this review and thank BravoFly publicly.
But until now, all we have received is silence and frustration

Was not too happy about 2 things. The agent decided that passengers in zone 4 should all check in their carryon which I was ok with but then, was told I needed to pay for it.

I tried checking in 24hrs prior to my flight and the system wouldn’t let me stating it was due to me reservation having too many people mind you it was only 2 people. Overall, not such a good experience. I felt targeted as if feel like the gate agent was on the mission to make money and deserve a refund.

My flight was cancelled 3 days ago and I still haven’t received any support from Bravofly.
Their online chat keeps saying “we are reviewing your case” but nothing happens.
They don’t reply to emails and no one answers their phone either.
Very frustrating experience. I just want a clear answer or my refund.

Don't use this company!!!

Have bought tickets, and was advised that I could add bagage later in the order, but the option never came during my order. Now I have payed, and the amount that they want to charge me for bagage is more if I cancel my tickets and buy new ones straight from Etihad. Tried to ask customer service about it, and there where no service to get there.

I had booked the airtickets and before I pay the ticket, the price is what I had seen but after I click confirmed button, the price changed and I couldn't pull it back. The customer center's answer is also unbeliveable. Please don't trust Bravofly company.

Fullflex enables you to cancel before departure of your outbound flight and receive a voucher refund for 90% of the ticket price. I can see you spoke with an agent in the chat to request withdrawal of the Fullflex service and this cancellation of Fullflex is currently being processed as requested.

I booked a ticket in Bravofly for Air…

I booked a ticket in Bravofly for Air Asia. when the flight has been canclled, I interacted with chat bot to process my refund. Till now I have not recieved the refund. I dont think they have intention to pay the money back. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them.

Right after putting payment method extra charge added

Right after selecting all the flight details and putting the payment information a sudden popup window appears with a single option that seems like: "Accept the terms and conditions" but it has a hidden cause to select FullFlex which add 30$ more to the price.

Just like that after putting all the card information there is an extra option that is autoselected and increases the price of the ticket.

Total scammers

Total scammers. They sell you tickets they don't have and let you wait 72 h to confirm while holding your money. Automated phone support with robot voice that hangs up on you.

Refund took nearly a year

We had the misfortune of booking a flight through Bravofly for a two-week trip. Just three days before departure, we were informed that the flight was cancelled – and the cancellation email was in Italian, which is not my language.

Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare. We waited for hours in phone queues, were passed between several different agents, and none of them could actually help us solve the issue.

We were left without any concrete solution and had to buy a new ticket from another airline just to get home.

To make matters worse, it took nine months and countless emails before we finally received a refund.

Next time, I will book directly through the airline or a proper travel agency, even if it costs more. Bravofly might seem cheap, but their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and stressful to deal with.

Never notified about flight…

I was not notified about the flight cancellation, Bravofly uses an alias email to book flights that is not monitored for flight notifications. So you will not get flight changes notifications The airline will not notify you since they do not have your email information, Bravofly does.
Bravofly will not provide any type of credit or compensation for all of the inconvenience.
