Overpriced, Misleading, and Poor Service

Expensive, Unreliable, and No Accountability

I ordered from Blossomflowerdelivery on Saturday, June 28, 2025, to send flowers for a friend’s 40th birthday after a last-minute emergency. They advertised same-day delivery within a 4-hour window, which sounded perfect.

The flowers were pricey, but I was willing to pay for fast delivery. I never received any notice that they couldn’t deliver on time. Instead, I got a text the next day saying they couldn’t deliver—too late to be helpful. I canceled the order immediately.

Despite canceling, they delivered the flowers on Monday and charged me the full amount. Customer service refused to give a full or partial refund and offered just $10 back and the tip, saying the case would be closed if I didn’t accept. No apology, and no acknowledgment of their failure to meet the promised service.

They also don’t tell you that they’re closed on Sundays, which directly impacts delivery. If they can't deliver the same day, they must be upfront about actual delivery availability before taking orders.

Not worth the high price or the frustration. I won’t be using them again.

EMBARRASSINGLY POOR QUALITY.

I ordered a lovely bouquet for a friend who's father had passed away. When delivered, she received three dead roses and a few sticks of baby's breath. I paid just under $100 and was left embarrassed and frustrated. I reported to customer service and they were willing only to refund 10% at first, and ultimately 30%. Customer service also repeatedly lied about calling me to discuss. I would recommend avoiding this service at all costs. Horrible.

Don't use

Flowers were delivered 28 HOURS after I ordered them! Yes, you read that right . . . it's not a typo. Each time I called customer service I was told "your ticket is being processed" or "your order is on its way." Each time I called I asked for an eta but they couldn't tell me. When the flowers were finally delivered late afternoon the next day, they didn't look ANYTHING like the photo on their website. They showed a huge, beautiful bouquet on their website, but the actual bouquet received was hardly bigger than my hand! Also, at no time did I receive an apology but they did offer (only after I asked) a whopping $5 off my $85 + order.

The experience was beyond disappointing

For the amount I paid, I expected elegance, freshness, and attention to detail. Instead, I received a sad arrangement that cost a fraction of what I was charged. This felt like a complete rip-off. The order was 2 stems of orchid with no arrangements, and you can clearly buy that for $40, yet they charged me $160.

I ordered the flowers for the friends…

I ordered the flowers for the friends birthday and paid for advanced delivery by 1PM. Flowers never came. In there customer service there is a BOT replying that the delivery scheduled for the future date. The actual requested delivery date was in the past. They dont connect to any human and not answer about refund. This is scam company. I would certainly not recommend ordering from the company

Delivery Fail

Delivery Fail. Ordered a bouquet of flowers on 07/01 for next day local delivery for my boss's birthday on 07/02. Order confirmation said the flowers would be delivered on 07/02 and I even paid the expedited shipping fee for it to arrive before 1:00 pm. Flowers still not delivered as I write this at 1:10 pm on 07/03. Customer service person at least was honest saying that the reason that they were not delivered yesterday was due to "supply issues". I can only wonder what the bouquet will actually look like when it is delivered. Also, buyer beware -- on their website, they posted a customer feedback rating of 4.9/5.0 with a bunch of positive reviews but no indication of the actual review source. On Trustpilot, there rating is 3.2/5.0 and likely going down.
