Bitmart is not to trust.

I bought 5750 L1x on Bitmart. I was building up a business irl. So when i got around to it. L1x had been de listed. I responded within a couple of days of de listing. They didnt want to help me retreving my L1x.
It was obvious they eyed the chance to scoop up all of the de listed crypto.
I think there was so many ways they chould help us getting the coins out before the de listing. So many ways to letting us know.
I see it as theft. Then keeping all of our money is how they run theire business.

My bad decision making lead me to this and it has really injured my money i was unable to access my account to get what i needed since 27th June , the support are responding but nothing positive has been work out yet. Not listening to my gut caused this . Now the whole family is mounting all the summer trip sponsor on my partner's returns from Grindbeam. The only good decision i made is having my partner who saved me in this crucial time

BitMart received my 4160.8 STEEM tokens…

BitMart received my 4160.8 STEEM tokens from MEXC on June 28, 2025. The transaction is fully confirmed on the blockchain (TxID: 9cb2764d243ce5870dbfdb252298346a07491f9a) and was sent with correct memo (250539187285043).

They refuse to return my funds, saying the token is not supported. But the tokens are in their wallet and visible on the STEEM blockchain. This is unacceptable. I request CoinMarketCap to investigate and delist BitMart for holding customer funds without processing or refund.

Please help me recover my funds or escalate this abuse.

Bitmart stole my funds and demanded a ransom before releasing them. After confirming all deposit details were correct they still denied responsibility and would not release my funds without paying a fee that was almost 2x the amount of the initial deposit.

I am unable to withdraw and the support…

I am unable to withdraw and the support are not doing anything possible to make me gain access to my account. i needed this to sort a lot of my bills. the support are not active to deal with quick possible solution. i don't understand why my issue has not been resolved. I have pending bills and my debt would have mess up my life is not for the weekly taking out from Grindbeam. Please support do something about this and let me have access to my account and take what i needed to sort my remaining bills .

The platform is a joke...They want you to deal with a 3rd party, and they simply ask security questions I can't possibly know the answer too!! I just want access to MY MONEY...I've tried your link, and the site won't even let me sign in, or reset my password. So how am I supposed to contact you?
