Benson's sales assistant acknowledged our arrival, introduced the store areas and explained the advice available to us if required help. He then thoughtfully left us alone a while to view and experience the merchandise in our own time. When he checked in with us we had a number of questions ready to which he provided answers and advice.

Richard the salesman was brilliant
Richard the sales person was kind and considerate. He asked the questions that needed asking and didn’t stray From them.
He sold us a mattress for our campervan - knowing we didn’t need to spend thousands on it. (Unlike the other shop who only showed us mattresses over £1200 which takes the Mickey really. Richard showed us exactly what was needed at a decent price point.

There was no heavy sales pitch. I felt the person helping me understood my needs, and explained the differences in the beds that I looked at. I wanted to buy from a local company who used a good professional courier. Communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend Bensons beds.
