Quality Issues, Returned, No Refund Yet
Was excited to finally have the 49 inch (I have the original 44 inch and love it) but unfortunately experienced quality issues with the frame/legs that made it unsafe to jump and hurt my ankle with the extreme wobbliness. For a $1K product, I expected to not have such issues. Customer services sent new legs and didn't make a difference. I've since returned the item a week ago and still have not received my refund. Customer service has also not responded to my follow-up. To say I am sorely disappointed is an understatement.

Bellicon is an easier bounce.
Bellicon is an easier bounce, easier on your body. It seems to do more for your body in less bounce time. The company's service was great! They kept you informed about the timeline to receiving this product. I have had a different brand of rebounder for 27 years. I prefer the quality of the design and the benefits I am feeling on my body with the Bellicon. Thank you for making a great product!

I love my experience with Bellicon. Everything was so easy in the process of ordering thru the website. This is my second one at 71. I was downsizing and sold my first one and didn’t think I needed it. Boy was I wrong missed it and how good I feel using it. Will have this one till I can’t use it anymore. Definitely worth it!!! Literally one of my best things I have ever purchased!!! You won’t regret it. I actually believe I use my Bellicon more for fun especially if I’m listening music especially carnival. You want loose weight quick use this trampoline with 2 - 5 lbs weight while listening some good Caribbean carnival band live performances or Trinidad soca!!! You will loose it so quick you going to be like please I need a case of water ordered asap!!! It is so much fun and the no impact makes it even so much better. You will feel your midsection start feeling extra strong you each time you get off after 10-20 mins workout 30 if you an expert (I be sneaking in a few breaks here and there). I was furious when they lost my package but great companies always look out for their products and they replaced it within a heartbeat and now they have a loyal customer still smiling for how great I feel after each workout. 🇰🇳🫶🏿🌴 You’re going to love your purchase!!! Plus it is quality!!! The bounce will feel amazing and you will be amazed of the 1st step to 1st bounce!!! Best workout if you don’t feel like cycling or running on treadmill or hard concrete.
