bought the oddesy battery for my 20 road glide, when it showed up it looked wrong, i called and you told me it had to be mounted sideways, and i needed adapters, so my bike is down in prime summer time for a extra week and now i will have doubled the battery connections, twice as much to go wrong.
will not be doing business with you again

For certain bikes like your 2020 Road Glide, the battery does need to be mounted on its side and requires terminal adapters, something we try to note in the product details, but we recognize it can still be easily missed.
