The battery of my Banala Sleep Dot was lasting less and less after every use.
One day it stopped working completely and I emailed the Customer Service. They told me to make a video of the problem and send them. I did and I emailed them multiple times. They disappeared, no one answered me anymore.
So I gave previously a bad review on them.
But one day they wrote me via email, telling me that they had suffered a crucial customer support issue, and apologising with me, sending after this a brand new Sleep Dot, and also as a gift a Focus Dot and a Banala Lite Device. I tested them all and I have to say that using them constantly, they do their job. I went from being upset with the Company since the first problem, to being a thankful and happy customer.
When I use them for sleep, I sleep deeper and I wake up more refreshed.
So, in the end, I can just recommend Banala products to everyone!
