I have purchased 2 Backmarket Android phones with satisfactory results in the past. I purchased a 3rd Android unlocked phone for a low income friend and pay his monthly wireless bill. The incentive for this 3rd purchase was to take advantage of Backmarket's partnership with Visible Wireless to receive $5/month off their $25/month plan for 24 months (Backmarket gives you a special promo code to get this pricing). Everything went smooth until I tried to activate Visible service and found out that the Backmarket refurbished phone is NOT COMPATIBLE with the Visible network. Had I known this, I would not have purchased this phone through Backmarket. I reached out to Backmarket customer support via email but received an unrelated response indicating I should contact the wireless provider (LMAO, worthless). Bottom line: The Backmarket promotion with Visible is a scam. I will not purchase future phones from Backmarket.

Hi there! I just wanted to share my experience with ordering through Back Market. 3 years ago I made my first purchase, a MacBook air and was over the moon when my package arrived, it was delivered WAY sooner than expected which is always the best AND in mint condition too so, how lucky was I? Only recently my MacBook started to get lonely, and so i had to go back online to what I like to call, ole reliable (Back Market :p ) to purchase an iPad 9.7 as well as, an apple pencil to best pair with because why wouldn’t youuuuu ? Thank you alll again for another amazing purchase! I WILLLLL be back :)

BackMarket is my new go-to for refurbished tech. Shipping was super fast and free, and the Lenovo P11 I ordered was in even better condition than was described. I was expecting some scuffs or scratches, but the only evidence it's not brand-new is a slightly worn manufacturer sticker on the back. It's nice to find a place that will offer warranties for used tech too, even past the manufacturer warranty.

I was able to purchase an M1 MacBook Pro in excellent condition. Customer service was great! They helped me through a snag with the purchase. The item arrived on time and was just like the description. I’m very pleased with it.

I purchased a zflip phone from backmarket. It had external dents and scratches and classified as fair condition. The external appearance was not an issue because I purchased a phone case. After 4 months there was functional issues,contacted Backmarket,took photos of the phone and sent it back. They had it for weeks and accused me of damaging the external phone. I told them the condition the phone is in is exactly how I received it. The owner said it was not not damaged but that was a lie. If the phone was not damaged externally,why would it be classified as fair .So they refused to honor the warranty and refused to fix it. I would not recommend Backmarket and I would never buy from them ever.

I purchased an apple iPad refurbished for use in the car while transporting my greatgrands daily. It works just as well as a new one. I received it timely, the packaging was exceptional and the charger was included as advertised. I will use back market again and will recommend to all my friends

I had order a iMac late 2013 in 05/2021 to use. And I completely erased it because I was giving it away to another person that was in need for a computer. When I erased it, during the setup process it came up as remote management. When I first received it, the remote management didn't show up. They done something shady to make me think it was refurbished or pre-owned. The iMac was previously owned by a school. I contacted the school, because I was thinking they forgot to remove it from their school management system. And they said it was a stolen iMac from one of their schools. I contacted BackMarket about it and I had no response. I would NOT recommend buying from BackMarket because they sell stolen goods.

I felt very comfortable purchasing the iPad that had been refurbished. It was a great purchase at an excellent price and works exactly as it should! I’m 85 and I give this iPad a big workout every day! The delivery came when promised, packaged properly, and
I would buy again when my next electronic necessity gives out! Totally pleased with my purchase!!

Very transparent in terms of what I was getting, and the “excellent” grade might as well be “premium” for how nice my watch looks. I was skeptical at first but this purchase made me a believer :)
Minus 1 star for the delivery updates; the app said it would be delivered within 12 hours of purchasing (which I already knew wasn’t going to be true), and using UPS to track the package was a bigger headache than it should’ve been

Perfect, my son needed an upgrade but I didn’t want to purchase new from our carrier. The iPhone 12 was in great condition, arrived early and was easy to setup.
