My Audi was in a shop that damaged my vehicle. My Attorney told me to have Audi look at it for an Estimate to get fixed. I had my Audi towed to another lot for repairs. The AAA tech told me never to do business with Audi again, I asked why? He stated that they slandered me about wanting to sue the lot who messed my car up. The AAA tech was able to tell me damages and more information that has nothing to do with him. I feel that my privacy had been violated by Audi employee Kyle Riddell. I have called Audi dealership to file a complaint and no one is returning my calls. Therefore I will contact the BBB and file a complaint against the license. The AAA tech recorded the conversation. He did not have to do this, but I appreciate his honest. A lot of information was discussed.
