I placed order #115394279 today but it triggered some alerts on me as I try to look for the status and I can't see my order, it says IMEI don't found and doesn't seem easy to track the order.

So I paid and will give them a chance. I decided to leave 1 star here and once they get back to me I will change the rate, hopefully to a good one.

Whoa! That was easy. By following the very clear instructions at every step along the way, I was able to unlock an AT&T iPhone 6s while located in Colombia, S.A. & I can now use this iPhone with a Movistar SIM card and the local Movistar prepaid cell service.

Great job, worked with me for over an hour. Cell would not take a unlock code and that didn't even matter. They contacted me via WhatsApp and worked it out anyway. I would definitely use the service again.

These guys are legit. Andrew answered all of my 15 queries one after the other via email. He also delivered the unlock code for unpaid/under contract phone as promised in 2 days.

Use at your own risk, they were unable to unlock my phone so Andrew sent a link to use their "premium gateway" the link automatically took me to their site requesting $39 via paypal to start the process. Andrew played it off like he was being a nice guy it was supposed to be $60 and I could pay the rest later and he would start processing the unlock. I emailed him telling me his link said $39, and I wouldn't have paid, please cancel my order and refund me the money. That is where communication nearly stopped.
After more than a month they finally told me they would process a refund and to allow 24 to 48 hours. It's now been a week and they haven't reversed the paypal charge.
I didn't realize it at the time but the link to paypal they set up automatically sets the payment up as paypal GIFT so you can't dispute the charge, as paypal sees it as a gift and not a business transaction.

My recommendation is beware of what tricks these guys are playing.

I was apprehensive at first. I bought an AT&T phone where the guy who owned it before me left it with a bill and did not finish his contract. Because of that, the phone was locked on to AT&T and could not be used with any other carrier, which does me no good, because this phone is headed to the Philippines. Anyway, after a trial and error, these guys got this phone unlocked to any carrier and the phone is no longer locked to AT&T. I thought I bought a brick, and these guys saved me.
