Linda at the AT&T store in Ventura
Linda at the AT&T store in Ventura, Ca was absolutely the greatest help to me! She spent literally hours with me and the AT&T representatives working out my issues I was having. She was always, patient, polite and business like even when the situation got to be very frustrating! I cannot say enough things about her that are positive and complimentary! Competency at its finest!

Do not get ATT
I had ATT through my apartment complex for 3 years and it was horrible. No bad weather or anything weird to mess with the internet but internet would randomly stop working 1-2 times a week and come back up. It was the most frustrating this ever!
I’m glad I’m out that apartment and with a new internet provider who I’ve had no random downtime in months. Do not get them if you’re a huge gamer and need fiber. Please pick someone else! My internet was going out late at night for days and no one gave me an answer why.

T&T Is the Absolute Worst
T&T Is the Absolute Worst – Stay Far, Far Away
If I could give negative stars, I would. AT&T is by far the most dishonest, dysfunctional, and disgracefully run company I’ve ever had to deal with.
I upgraded my service and got a new phone. Simple, right? Wrong. They knowingly double-charged me for both the new and old phone for FOUR MONTHS. Why? Because apparently they don’t bother to “register” the return of your old phone unless you call and chase them down for hours. This isn’t a fluke—there are class action lawsuits over this exact scam. That’s right, scam. They hold your money hostage and hope you don’t notice.
It took me five months of battling with their inept customer service to finally get my bill adjusted and a credit issued. Just when I thought the nightmare was over, my bill shot right back up—over $400 for four lines.
Calling them is a full-time job. Expect to spend 30-45 minutes on hold, pressing through endless menus, only to reach someone who might be helpful if you’re lucky. Most of the time you get transferred, disconnected, or spoken to like your time means nothing. I literally call them every month for 2–3 hours to get my bill fixed. It’s infuriating.
This isn’t customer service. This is financial abuse wrapped in corporate incompetence. I want out of this toxic relationship, but I’m trapped in a two-year contract like a hostage. It’s beyond unacceptable. AT&T should be ashamed—but I doubt shame exists at their level of dysfunction.
Save yourself the agony. Leave AT&T. Run. They do not deserve your business. They should be put out of business.

I went to the AT&T store in moorestown…
I went to the AT&T store in moorestown and had a wonderful experience with Sean. He was polite professional and fixed my sisters phone in like 6 seconds. He also explained how the active armware works and learned more about my iPhone then when I first bought it. Thanks Sean and I’ll be back again to you on a need to know basis or other phone problems!+++

At&t lost to me in court 3 times. 4th the charm
If you think 2025 politics been above the law, you should try dealing with at&t in civil court. My first case I was 16, and to date I have had two civil, one small claims cases which at&t crashed and burned.
Of the 3 past, they have never paid the judgements. I'm filing online tomorrow for a 4th time civil.
At&t recorded past calls clearly showed they acknowledged their errors, but still charged fees. One of the most frustrating ones is multiple charges, which they admitted to, yet claim they wont refund because they have on file that they gave me a one time courtesy refund for last time they accidentally over charged me? The only way to get funds back when they do this is using small claims, which cuts out their attorneys. Be fore warned they do retaliate by doing things like listing the judgements they failed to pay on ones credit report, which is why there is a 4th filing. They ignore judge rulings which is why the 4th is now a civil.
Use restricted cards like debit or credit that give option to decline extra charges or lock card. Only worse company is Tandy.

It was horrible I asked for a refund because I can’t use the SIM card or plan that I paid for and the customer service rep act like they couldn’t activate it for me and refused to give me a refund for it

Thank you Jason!
Thank you Jason!
I was on the phone today with Jason from AT&T. I had several problems that needed fixing and no idea how to fix them. I didn’t have a lot of time but I called the company and got Jason, who I’m sure is one of the most creative experts on the support line. He helped me with every problem and if one way didn’t work he’d find another way, and fast! Great results, great experience at AT&T.

BEWARE !!!!!!
BEWARE! Run away from this hell hole as fast as you can. I took in my phone to switch from Straight Talk. The sales guy removed my sim card and then said I couldnt use my phone. He said it ruined the Sim when he removed it and so I had to buy another phone. Now my phone won't even work. I paid cash for a new $1299.00 phone and spent another $200 on accessories. They assured me if I had any problems I could get an immediate refund. The phone had numerous defects and was not even new new. I returned it next day. The red headed guy verbally assaulted me and purposely tried to start an altercation, then the manager joined in with him and threatened me. Even though the phone was used and defective, they said they were go ng to charge me $55 to return it. What a scam. I have to pay for them to scam me. It was obvious that they were high on drugs. How dare I ask for a refund. I was told to leave. They kept the phone I returned, and erased it, and then they wouldn't give me a refund. They said they had refunded to my card. LIE. My bank said there is nothing transacting from them. They are con artists, they lie, they are thieves, and DO NOT believe them about any refunds or guarantees. They are poor examples of a legitimate business. This store should be called Cack-Head Central. I am so disappointed. Back in the Day, AT&T was highly respected. NO MORE...like I said, don't walk away...RUN AWAY. They will rip you off! Now im going to have to file a lawsuit just to get my money back. Here I am with no phone and can't buy another one because THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

Entire experience with the worst ever…
Entire experience with the worst ever starting with the return of the trade on phone. Next morning my account was blocked. An hour on the phone with customer service yielded nothing. “Go to the store.” An hour at the store…phone blocked because “phone reported lost or stolen.” Another hour with tech support supposedly unblocked the account and “fixed the problem.”
Next morning, account blocked.
Another hour on the phone with customer service, then tech support and finally advanced tech support concluded a “ticket “ needs to be created for an investigation which will take 1-2 business days.
My question to advanced tech support:”why should I continue to do business with AT&Tif they can’t fix an issue they created by coding a phone as lost when it isn’t?’
No answer other than “we understand!”
Disappointed and disgusted!!!

FORMER CUSTOMER
I was a loyal at&t customer. I have 3 lines on 1 account and 1 line on another. It has been that way for 2 1/2 years no fault of mine. 0ne phone had to be ordered and mailed. Thats how I ended up with 2 accounts. (177$ and 77$) I was trying to get a 4 line deal making it a lot cheaper, what I should have got 21/2 years ago...... I am 68 years old (retired) raising 3 grandkids.

LAWSUIT Most Probably!
LAWSUIT Most Probably!
DECEPTIVE & UNETHICAL PRACTICES!
I've been a customer for a long time.
For a while things went fine.
For about several months I've been paying 2 weeks ahead of time using chimes credit builder card.
My credit was 757. AT&T sold me a faulty Samsung S23 product -which died to a motherboard getting fried- and they are trying to force me to pay the few hundred dollars left that's owed on it. I am being BULLIED BY AT&T and SAMSUNG to pay for faulty equipment they sold me!! I WILL NOT PAY FOR A BROKEN PRODUCT!!
Samsung actually sent me to a certified Samsung technician who discovered the fried motherboard then Samsung rejected their own technician, actually refusing to contact them and didn't trust the technicians finding, again a technician they certified! I have lost important files that can only be recovered from that motherboards memory which a company claims they can do in a few days to a few weeks depending on price plans which are both very expensive but im hoping will be worth it. Samsung Refuses to take responsibility for pushing out a broken phone and AT&T is backing them up!
I will soon be without service and worse my credit will take a huge hit from this and I've worked on my credit for past 3 years. THREE YEARS of hard work down the drain! BE AWARE, AS REVEALED TO ME BY A AT&T REP in recorded conversation, S23's and S22's specifically are known to have Firmware problems and other issues including FRIED MOTHERBOARD'S!
I've been caused great financial and DEEPLY emotional pain with loss of personal information and soon a major hit to my credit profile that will degrade my worth for numerous things!
CONSUMER PROTECTION FINANCE BUREAU WILL HERE FROM ME TODAY AND I WILL FIND A GOOD ATTORNEY

Upgraded to a galaxy 9 that lasted…
Upgraded to a galaxy 9 that lasted about 3 months until it started losing reception multiple times throughout the day. Filed a dispute, they sent a galaxy s24+ that lasted about the same amount of time before randomly losing reception throughout the day... Seems like the phone updates are downgrades for service. As a business owner, this is costing me $, especially for a bill of $180/monthly. How is this still a phone service? Do I need to inform a lawyer?

Countless number of trashy salesmen who shove the highest costing plans down your throat with no proper information about what you're going to be charge. If you do decide to bail out you discover installment plans and restocking fees up making your closing bill an absurd amount regardless of the amount of time you had their service. Never go with AT&T

AT&T Has Been Nothing But a Scam and a Nightmare – Read Before You Sign Anything
I’ve been with AT&T for less than a year, and it’s been one of the worst, most stressful experiences I’ve ever had with any company—EVER.
Let me break it down, because this isn’t just one issue—it’s been months of lies, overcharges, miscommunication, and complete neglect.
1. My Bill Has Never Been What They Promised
Back in Michigan, I signed up for a plan that I was told would cost me around $60/month. But my bills have been consistently between $110–$135 EVERY month. Since January, I’ve been calling every single month to fix it, and every time they say, “It’ll be $70 next month.”
It NEVER was. I’ve wasted so much time calling, chatting, going into stores—nothing ever changes.
2. They Changed My Plan Without Warning
When I upgraded my phone, they never told me that my current plan wouldn’t be compatible with the promotion. Instead of warning me, they just switched me to a more expensive plan without asking. My bill DOUBLED and I didn’t even know why until I checked line by line.
3. I Had to Fix Their Mistake MYSELF—Over and Over
I moved to California recently, and went to an AT&T store in person on June 11 to change my number and finally fix the plan situation once and for all. They told me my new plan would be $80, or $70 with AutoPay. I said fine, they signed me up, and told me it was changed.
I check my bill this month? $118. AGAIN.
I did exactly what they told me to do. I went into the store, I activated AutoPay, and they said it was done.
So why am I still getting overcharged? Why lie to my face in the store?
4. They Took Advantage of Me As an International Student
I’m an international student. I told them clearly that I would be returning to Turkey. They knew I wouldn’t be here long-term. But instead of helping me find a reasonable solution, they signed me up for plans and promotions that only work if you stay in the U.S. for 3+ years, without ever explaining that.
This is exploitative, and it’s disgusting.
5. Customer Service Is Useless
Every time I call, I get a different story. One person says it’ll be fixed, the next says they don’t see any changes. No one takes responsibility. I have to explain everything from the beginning every time. There’s no accountability, and no actual help.
Bottom Line:
AT&T lies, overcharges, and hides critical information, then blames you when their broken system fails. They’ve wasted hours of my time, cost me hundreds of dollars, and still haven’t fixed anything. I’m tired, I’m angry, and I will be switching.
If you’re reading this, don’t fall for their promotions. Don’t believe the monthly price they tell you. Don’t think calling will solve anything. It won’t.

On the phone this week with no luck. We will change carriers, we feel very disrespected and no one acknowledged the fact that a representative of AT&T hanged up on us! 15years plus of loyalty.

Never trust this company
Never trust this company. My biggest mistake was switching to this company. The employees are not helpful and they are manipulated, especially when you see the bill. You are surprised because they say something different from what you receive, and the internet is horrible I'm not satisfied
