Looks like a quality product but has been a disappointment. Within one month of installation one of the gates is significantly warped, not what I was expecting. Wish I had bought from a more well known company.

They don't deliver to a clients address but deliver only to a billing address. No information was in website and now it's causing me extra problems. Just book somewhere else if you want it delivered where you want it not where they decide to

A joint boundary fencing project between myself and my neighbour.

These guys could not have been more professional and have delivered over 50 meters of fabulous fencing, with minimum disruption. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend

Very helpful staff at Castleford and Hunslet sales when recently seeking advice on fencing diy project. Delivery staff also polite and quality of fencing ordered was excellent. 1st time visit after recommended,glad i did,staff were great,friendly and very helpful,they all clearly know their stuff and even helped me load vehicle with the gravel boards i bought,i found the prices very competitive so will definetly going back if i need anything

Been to Atkinsons in Castleford twice to pick up lots of feather edge boards. No issues ordering online. Order was brought to my car.

South Leeds branch gave really good advice and help with design and sizing of a fence I wanted to put up.
Also gave good advice on how to put up.
Really pleased with result and looks good quality.

Atkinsons have just fitted some Trellis panels for us in quite a difficult area to work in. The workmen were great, nothing too much trouble for them. They got on with the job and we are delighted with the result.

Having previously ordered some ECO fencing we ordered a garden gate. It arrived on time, was very well packaged (wooden frame all the way around it to protect the edges) and is well built. The colouring is a little darker that the existing ECO fencing boards, but hopefully the colour will change over time to be closer matching.

I ordered and paid for 4 6 X 6 Coniston fence panels £75 each they looked good I painted them with green preserver and then had them fitted only to find they were only 5ft10in so iv'e got 2inch of post stuck out at the top which I didn't want when you pay for expensive fence panels you expect them to be the right size

I had been hunting everywhere for a couple of 12’ posts to build a back gate without success. I then stumbled across this company that had what I wanted.
I ordered all the materials I needed for this project from Atkinsons.
With it being just before Christmas I was expecting a long delay for delivery but surprisingly I only had to wait a couple of days.
Arrived on time and driver was very friendly and even gave me a few tips for hanging a gate.
Quality of materials was excellent. Really pleased to have found Atkinsons.
Next project is to build a shed and I hope to return to Atkinsons to get what I need.

Good quality fence panels delivered and knowledgeable sales staff gave advice on fitting. Drivers wore masks as requested as we were shielding at the time. Thank you.

Nice sales patter, but that’s it. The overall experience of the South Milford branch is nothing short of abysmal!

When the £3,500 shed was delivered it had been built wrong to start with and had to be returned. When it came back the second time the EPDM rubber sheet for the roof was fitted and they ran out of glue leaving the back 1m left bubbled up causing water to collect in pools. The entire unit leaked on the back corners and on the doors. The walls also moved as you touched them.

Phoning the branch we had the pleasure of speaking with the owner’s son who clearly has no idea about customer service or shed building. We endured a plethora of pathetic excuses “we never just glue all the roof, we just leave the last 1m to settle on its own”, “the walls are supposed to move”, “had you looked at our showroom models they all do that”.

It took weeks of unfortunately having to speak to this idiot to end up having to call the Castleford branch instead to get it all corrected.

In all honesty the shed is not worth the money and the South Milford branch are a complete set of cowboys only there to fleece customers and fob them off with excuses.

Buy at your peril!

Fabulous! We had a Pavillion fitted a couple of weeks ago, we couldn’t be more pleased! The actual Pavillion is not in their brochure but on display at their North Yorkshire site. It’s really well built & exactly what we ordered. It was made in their workshop the week before, we even received a call to make sure nothing extra was needed before they started. The fitters were brilliant, very polite, efficient & did not leave any mess whatsoever. I most defiantly would highly recommend.
